I have always wondered what building this was when I flew into City airport, it's just massive. The question here is how many millions of £££ of taxpayers money did Newham council spend on this monstrosity of a building? It's bloody larger than the airport terminal across. How much money was wasted on the palm trees? Absolutely ridiculous that Newham council have rude and uneducated council employees working in luxurious offices. I wouldn't be surprised if Newham declared itself bankrupt, just like Croydon council recently.

    • @LesterCrest.I
      @LesterCrest.I ปีที่แล้ว

I’ve just read the laws about public and GDPR and it says this
If an individual is in a public place or in a public right of way and is not collecting or processing personal data in a professional or commercial capacity, they are not usually considered a data controller or processor under the GDPR. Therefore, they would not typically be liable for GDPR compliance in such a situation.
However, if the individual is collecting or processing personal data in a public place or in a public right of way, they may still be subject to GDPR requirements. For example, if an individual were to take photographs or record videos of people in a public place and share them online or with others, they would be considered a data controller and would need to comply with GDPR requirements, such as obtaining the individuals' consent to collect and share their data.
It is important for individuals to be aware of GDPR requirements and to ensure that they are complying with them when collecting or processing personal data, regardless of where they are doing so.
So it seems you are actually breaking GDPR

Shops supermarkets restaurants are different and privately owned. If they don't like being filmed in a public building payed for by us they should work in private sector like in retail or office or something.

They had no other reason to stand around other than their ego's since they didn't want to show they were wrong by walking away!

1: Whoopi Goldberg: Easily confused as thinks anyone with a camera is doing "hostile reconnaissance".
2: Fat Baldy guy: Shouldn't be doing a public facing job as he gets anxiety attacks if members of the public stand near him.
3: Pink Top cop: Thinks that only people she has "seen before" are allowed in the building.
4: Mr Big Cop: Thinks if he folds his arms and stands like a baboon he can make himself look really big even though he's pint sized.

Our local council make a big thing about their funding 3/4 council building based police officers yet no one seems to be able to answer why residents are unable to call upon them in anyway, especially as since closing our police station and those close for some distance around. Apparently they’re doing county lines work but the only time they seem to want to ostensively get involved it’s for council things like closing down local government business when a bag of clothes and a 22 foot away potato peeling knife was found in the car park by a fire escape.
Their money for our non existent benefit is the biggest joke when it’s our money for yet again their benefit.

Why are there undercover police in this building. What a waste of tax money Get catching criminals instead of protecting corporations

I don't understand why people by now don't just leave them...if everyone ignored him, he'd get bored and leave...as he would have nothing but an empty foyer to film.

Wow awesome audit LA made me think about all the homeless people and families living in poor cramped accommodation waiting years to be rehoused and cost of housing now and that council spent tax payer's money for their own comfort at work. Their reaction to you with a camera in a public place to look at their impressive building was insulting to the British public who paid for it. Their feelings are clearly more of a priority and requires two police officers to protect them whilst the rest of us struggle with stress and anxiety trying to keep a roof above our heads. The homeless should take shelter in their public entrance, maybe they could get over their entitled feelings and do their job in their very nice office and help the public. Thank you LA for educating them and reminding them who pays them. ❤ 😂

Wow what a building! this is our problem (really) TLA you only pay for it, you're not allowed in :) Proves the disconnection we've had for decades, to create a disturbance, is what they did, the leading police officer failed to inform other officers... It's a slow process, but they will learn, to dissolve all local authorities and start again with our input! would take effort from each and every one of us...

Does you paying taxes allow you access to a nuclear facility or military base, yes or no?
The answer is no, paying taxes does not automatically grant you access to any government facility, thanks for playing

    • @Hellstorm901

@@waynebrocklehurst1768 Publicly Accessible simply means the ability to enter the building without permission. There are no "public buildings," all buildings are private property owned by somebody in the UK
Paying taxes does not confer any individuals ownership over government private property nor does paying taxes make any government employee be them a council worker or police officer your servant, employee or slave
