you said you put oil in it to run richer, however adding oil lowers the octane level because there is less parts gas to oil ratio. so the higher you mix oil into gas the leaner the engine runs.

bought my son tye same exact one awhile ago it has a switch under the seat to limit the speed as well as a thumb throttle limit screw I it really really cheap new there like 2200 I got it for 200 cus they couldn't get it to run an when it did run it bogged at full throttle Little did they know it wouldn't run cus the brake safety switch was broken so it wouldn't start without that switch and it bogged cus it was set on the lowest setting I switched it to tye max level and fixed the safety switch after that it ran great
Nice, i hope he grows up with that ATV if he likes it he will want a bigger one when he grows up :D My parents bought me a 110cc chinese atv when i was 3 Years old and i still have it, i am 14, but now i have a 2013 Can-Am Outlander XMR 650cc and its aweome :P By the way when i was 12 years old my parents bought a Polaris Ranger RZR 800cc S Buggy it was cool until it started braking down and we sold it. If he grows up an atv enthusiast he will want something bigger than that, but i gotta say its quite big for a 90cc one. :) Good Luck, have fun :P
