Hey Esfand, it's Edu from BitCake here! It's been great working with you guys on Atomic Picnic, the team is super excited and we really enjoyed watching you play and DEFEAT the final boss! looks good so far. Would it be difficult to add a multiplier status on the Buffs in the upper left hand corner? Like for example if you had two of the Explosive shot power ups it can say "x2" in the corner of the icon or some sort of indicator so the viewer can know how much of that power up the player has.
ok I checked the game out. It's addictive AF. I'm horrible at it, but I just played so many rounds. I can't stop playing. Can't wait to see what gets added down the line.
Dang..i thought that the weapons turn into new weapons as you progress. The rifle turning into a mini gun...but now i know it's just a perk. Was hoping the granad launcher turns into a rocket launcher and ones you get it's final evolution the evolution upgrade stops showing up and youd be free to focus and other things. Edited: so far what im seeing isn't that fun.
its definitely fun but please add multiplayer for perople with no friend to play with and being able to reroll the perks to be able to choose perks would be a great addition
I honestly haven't watched the video completely. They really should make a battle royale mode (I know thats "the thing" these days but Im saying that as someone who doesnt even play battle royale's) I think a team based battle royale with the roguelike elements would actually be pretty cool and refreshing
this looks so trash man, its a mobile game like the thousand others. They paid devs to make a game , but damn all the complaining they do you would think it would actually be fun ...
@@nerdjournal I'm not hating it just looks like the unreal blueprint 3rd person games. No idea what "the day before" is so that's a swing and a miss. only mentioned this because i've watched a few Jauwn videos and the crypto games also use the same blueprint.
Ok... giving suggestions....have a slide that when paired with the dash function makes you slight faster . i would also like it if the weopns evolved i er time into different weapons. The assault rifle turns into an actual mini gun with a gauge that fills up when you defeat enemies and onec it's full you can press a button difference of the fire trucker to have a ethereal giant chainsaw come out of the mini gun and hit enemies. It's like a super moves that can stun lock mini bosses and heavy troops for a set period of time. Once The supermoon is activated you do haft to rapid tap the firing button to stunlock nearby enemies in front or behind you. Onec you use up the power move you haft to kill enemies to fill up the gauge again to use the big ethereal chainsaw. Sniper rifle doesn't really change much... it's super Gage allows you to dash farther than usual and turn you invisible when looking down the scope...when looking down the scope while in this super state you gun gets 3 times more dammge and can stagger mini bosses on hit. Just like the assault rifle...this anly happens once the Gage is filled up from killing enemies and the gage only if he has once the snapping rifle has reach its final evolution. Shot gun final evaluation can be a harpoon gun that suits out many harpoons like how sucking shoots her pellets...the harpoons are tied to the gun giving it short range. The super gage on this weapons allows you to make the harpoons sticky make enemies stuck to the tip of the harpoons... swinging then around hitting other enemies for massive damage. While swinging you gan just further than you usually can so you can hit enemies easier. Ones the super okay just empty the enemies are flung off the harpoons hitting other enemies if there's still alive that is. Grenade launcher evolve into rocket launcher. The rocket louncher explosives do not do self damage but can knock you back pretty far. I call this rocket bounce. No jumping required just point down and go. It's super move hast you swing the rocket launch like a bat... All enemies that are hit or mocked and nocked away..then your character slams one end of the rocket launcher into the ground making a shield surround you...then the rocke rapid fires out many rockets that goes to the edge of the bubble.. hitting any enemies that's touching the shield bubble...the enemies that are marked are getting shot up by special high damaging different color missiles not coming out of the rocket launcher. They seek out the marked enemies and stuff going to the ends of the shield. One the Gage is empty the shield drops and you can hold the trigger button to wait for enemies to get close enough then release to shoot yourself high in the air and damaging any enemies as near you at the time. Or you can sit there and let the enemies hit you... What's the entities do enough damage you explode without once yourself in the air and your character is now on fire with purple flames...this state let's you move move and fire faster with the rocket launcher helping you to fill it a super gauge even faster. Ok i think that's all the weapons so far...let me know if you read this please. Edited: damn just publishing....
I've been grinding this game for some hours now on steam and im telling you this game is straight fire! I beat the last boss with the sniper rifle. It's Lit.
Thats awesome, I personally love roguelikes and coop roguelikes even more. Just judging from the video alone I can immediately point out that the xp pickups are super satisfying (probably inspired from vampire survivors), however the shooting looks very bland and non-exciting/poor (compare it to the nice feeling of risk of rain 2 for example). And the characters look extremely forgettable. However, I have not yet played it myself
Some of the sound effects like changing character or weapons in menu was giving me nails on a chalkboard vibes. Like a Styrofoam rubbing sound. It's like back half of that sound effect and really made me feel uncomfortable watching this. Not sure if that's just me though.
nahhhhh this aint it, lol. what in the blue hell is this, what the rock would say back then. all love tho esfand, just not my cup of tea for a game. maybe for my younger nephew tho.
Not really a fan of the art design. It feels very tryhard and like it’s trying to appeal to zoomers. IDK I’m probably gonna pass on this. Good luck though.

add an option to disable corpse disappearing and have the power up items make a visual change so it can truly compete with risk of rain

Sooo risk of rain but over the shoulder view
the game doesnt pause in the settings menu which is a little annoying, i would understand that it co-op but not singleplayer
How exactly do you fast reload
It's difficult to see when the round ends, how close are you to end the round, etc, sounds or visuals there will be a plus
10 hours in now on the game and i love it cant wait for u to hash it out (Firesale would be dope for the upgrades)

It looks like in the menu there is room for 3 other players besides esfand so I'm sure it's going to be a possibility
