    Chest press 115 lbs 3 sets 8 rep each
    resistance band 3 sets 10 reps 50 lbs resistance for triceps, posterior deltoids, and upper trapz and middle delts, great for posture
    latts machine for 90 whatever they have it calibrated for bc there 90 feels like my 100 lbs on my machine simple lever machine loaded with 200 lbs. 3 sets of 8 reps on that. Then resistance band 30 lbs resistance for abductors, adductors, quads rectus femoris knee extensions, semitendinosus/semimembranosus of hamstrings in knee flexion hams curls, for all 3 sets of 10 reps. Worked up a light sweat and drank a celsius before workout and bottle of water during workout. Then stretched. Took about 40 minutes.
