Apparently the Hostages were separate and held individually by the Palestinians people so that they would be difficult for the IDF to retrieve, and now hamas has lost them because so many Palestinians have been displaced. If this is true then it proves that all Palestinians are hamas.

The Israelis have felt enormous internal pressure to obtain the release of the hostages at any price. At the same time Israel has had to deal with the Biden administration demanding Israel accept peace at any price & global pressure to provide "humanitarian" relief to a hostile population in Gaza. It should be left to the Israeli people to decide how the war in Gaza is fought.
Trouble is Israelis are protesting and that’s what Hamas want to cause division within Israel and it’s working so the longer they keep the hostages the more chaos in Israel.

No matter how this "ceasefire" goes or doesn't, its just a matter of time before they have to go in.
Exactly. Israel will decide. The ultimatum does not mean they will right after. But after 7 days the IDF will begin to prepare in order to go into Rafah and win that battle. Any negotiations in between will have to come from Hamas.
Right now many in the public and I am sure the IDF as well are thinking that the hostages may already have been killed and that is why Hamas cannot negotiate. Nevertheless they could surrender unconditionally but will not. It’s not going to be a pretty battle. There will probably be many Palestinians also involved and their deaths will be used as propaganda by Hamas.
After all is said and done, israel will castrate Hamas and war will end. Then people will start to focus on another country to protest about. Except the UN which has a pathological fixation with Israel.
