  • Bisi Mango Uppinakayi is one of the oldest recipe my mother used to prepare during our college days. I had once found the Bisi Uppinakayi so tasty that I had Rice Ghee and this Bisi Uppinakayi 6 times in a day.
    Thothapuri Pickle ingredients measurements:
    Thothapuri Mango 4 or 1 bowl of sliced mangoes
    Bengal roasted grams 2 spoons
    Mustard 4 spoons
    Rice 2 spoons
    Urad dal 2 spoons
    Fenugreek ½ spoons
    Byadgi chillies 20
    Hing ½ spoons
    Jaggery 2 spoons
    Oil 4 to 5 spoons
    Jeera 1 spoon
    Bay leaves 1 handful
    Salt 1 spoon
    Tamarind 2 spoons
