The only thing I can think of with "Frost You" is that it might have frozen during shipment, but since it's gooped up on the brush I'm a bit dubious. :D I've heard you can put the bottle in a bowl of hot water to warm it, then roll it and let it cool and it might restore the viscosity. I hope you can get it to work!

Yeah I've seen that video to save the brush but I feel like that's to common of an issue for them. I've used a lot of polishes and liners form different brands and never had a brush bend on me. Just my opinion though, I still enjoy the NotPolish products nonetheless. 😊

If your brush does bend they have a cudeo showing how to save it cause it does happen easily
