Thats so awesome. I’ve been waiting to build mine. I’ve been collecting packs since feb of 2021 but haven’t opened a single pack. Waiting to see what others have done. Glad I haven’t attempting yet. The normal way is just overkill and it looks like a toy.
Absolutely fantastic work I did want to do this build but put off years ago with so many things not screen accurate the bridge is the biggest put off and the windows by god Fair enough a easy mod for brige but light bleed omg. I did eventually signed up but cancelled
Hey man, loving the video. I've been collecting and haven't opened one yet. Wanting to do it all together. I've seen a lot of videos showing some problems with the build quality, how did you overcome the gaps and light leakage in the panels of the saucer section?
Thank you! Careful placement of the panels and wiring will help when using the stock lighting. With my setup, I went further with black putty along the panel seams to get rid of any remaining leaks.
amazing work on this. I wish i could do similar to my build but with delays and me not getting a kit part beyond 78 in months, i have the fear this has problems in completing. The delay time would be perfect to make upgrades and still get bits done that i will do if it completes, but i cant shake the feeling.
I have Issue 21 with 79-82 on the way in the US. I have no doubt EM will finish it, just a matter of when they can get stock of the remaining parts from China.

It's a shame you have gone to so much trouble modifying the lights and adding bluetooth functionality to the Enterprise because you probably won't be receiving any more parts shipments from Eaglemoss to complete your build. All signs point to a bankruptcy for this company, leaving us in the modelling community in the lurch after spending so much on these models and having nothing to show for it.
They supposedly filed a intent for 'administration', which is basically reorg bankruptcy protection. Anything can happen still, so I am going to just put my build on hold for now and see what comes out of it.
any chance you can help me do this for my model? just subscribed and waiting for my first shipment. I am retired but was an electrician in former trade Use to do contact work but many years ago but think i could still do it if i put my mind to it. any help would be appreciated. will look through your comments and see what i will need. thanks. Excellent work. You may wish to program phaser firing LED strips too. It helps with the effect.

I created the app myself using the MIT App Inventor.
All the other models from them have light bleed through… how did you get passed that in yours
I sealed all the gaps from underneath.

Lot of the sound effects are incorrect
