"My Parents Keep Distracting Me When I'm Working"

Going home over Christmas or summer - or just living at your parents place - can affect your work output and effectiveness a lot.
Most of it has to do with the fact that you want to be this super focused grinder, while your parents keep walking in on you. It seems they don't take you that seriously.
How can we make our way out of this problem?
