Yes its working till nowBattery backup is quite good, I haven't checked the full potential, last trial taken for 1hr rideNo it's not waterproof

shouldnt use strobe lights on the road1 - people have light sensitivity, could trigger epileptic seizures and cause accidents2 - normal people get blinded / distracted causing accidents again3- against the law to use strobes
