I wonder if they switch places with other workers from time to time. - Hey, I wanna be the one that remove the sticks today, you do that spinny glue thing. - No way lady, I've been tweezering those wires the whole day yesterday. The workers need better chairs or atleast simple office chair with backrest, they sit on the line all day so their back needs to be properly supported. Make workers comfy and they enjoy doing their jobs
@@ParadoxicalSerenityBecause of the west. They want cheaper labor for their products. So they partner with Chinese manufacturing companies just like apple and Tesla do
Have you ever worked at a electronic shop or a lab before? When working with small electronics you have to lean forward and rest your forearms on the table, so your hands are steady. Having a better chair won't help with anything
Fascinating to see the level of precision and efficiency involved in producing Bluetooth speakers at such a massive scale! From the assembly line to the quality checks, it's impressive how every step is carefully optimized. The automation combined with skilled workers really shows how far tech manufacturing has come. Amazing to think that 10,000 units a day are being produced, all with attention to detail and consistency. Great video!
If you took video at literally any manufacturing plant in any country in the world no one would look happy. Manual labor requires constant attention and engagement, it's exhausting and depending on the kind of work you do it will also degrade your joints and spine.
I believe many of the workers have a good education, but because the competition to have better work is so stiff in China, they just have no other option but to work there as a boring labor
What is considered "good education"? Completing 9 years of compulsory education already provides a solid basis of knowledge and skills for Chinese workers.
The problem with this type of speaker is that they put in the worst battery that exists, that is why these products are ruined by the simple fact of being stored.
Well that was insightful. Now I know how my Chinese Bluetooth speakers are made! lol. But seriously though... 10k per day? Who needs that many speakers?? 😅😅
Well these are mostly uneducated/ low wage Chinese villagers. Rather than being homeless, taking drugs and stealing, these guys are taking care of their whole family.
That glue can be cut with a paper cutter. And they are actually doing a favor for the repair person. Those JST connectors are more expensive than just soldering the wires to the PCB. Even after using a JST connector they added glue so it won't come loose easily. It's a good job that's why the manufacturer agreed to filming lol.
Nope, it's so the connectors don't fall out during shipping from vibrations, I've had speakers I've had to open to get to work from the issue that they solved
@@ThatOneGamedev.-pi8or nah, if the cables fall out then the cables are just designed poorly. I've never heard of a problem with connectors just falling out because of vibrations and impact before.
No, labour is cheap. Ask anyone. Machines are there only for precision work that requires actual knowledge. How much do you think a machine would cost that touches the electrical prongs to the speaker and listen to it in a boat environment to know if it sounds okay or not?
Does it matter? ppl will buy it anyway. If you write on the box that "we add weight for premium feel" ppl would still buy it, because we are stupid....

At least 9 years education( middle school).
Some are educated 15/16 years(college/bachelor).
Others are educated 12 years(high school).
