Good morning Trevor! 4K is definitely worth it. Apart from the fact that it just looks much better now, it also makes the videos more future proof. If you watch videos from a few years back that are 720p (or worse) you see what I mean. Back then 720p was amazing compared to 480 or 360, but now they look like garbage. Same will happen with 1080p in a few years. If you think people won't watch them then anyway, just see how often old videos show up in your feed. Great content though! Can't wait to visit Pattaya!

Thank you sir Trevor....!!! I enjoyed that, as always. It got me to thinking - in all the time I was in Thailand, I only went to a Go-Go bar twice, and only ever met the one girl. Not great experiences but I'm convinced I was just unlucky, because I have read/ heard so much about the great times to be had in the right Go-Go bar. So upon my return, it won't be a case of not bothering, it'll be a case of getting on a mission to find a great Go-Go... because I know they are out there!! I'm sure this channel and Discord will help me with my mission!!!

Great video mate, Love LK Metro, ok my experience's. i have stayed above an Agogo bar in LK Metro just to see what it was like and never again at that place as the staff were very average, the room was very nice, had a balcony over looking the Soi but they had only average ladies working about 12 to 15 in total working downstairs so not a huge amount at that time, The noise as you said was pumping until around 0200am and went quiet around 0400am which was cool because you party all night and sleep all day anyway so no big deal i just wouldn't stay where i stayed again. Yes you finally mentioned Sapphire club Soi 15 off walking street love that place a lot as have visited lots of times why? Quality of the staff working there say no more. Kink, love Kink LK Metro when i visited as Guys go upstairs to the 2nd floor as it is an eye opener and well the ladies are extremely friendly just dont be shy go with it as i saw Couples enjoying themselves not just single men, My kind of place.

Love this area. Found it when I was staying at Page 10. Started going here more the walking street. Sugars, Pulse, Crystal and Champagne are great. The Craft place does have (had?) good food and coffee. I'm pretty sure Scooter's is the place I used to get baked oysters from and a fun Halloween party (right before covid). Will probably stay at the LK Metropole this fall.

Any time I see a video of LK Metro, I look for the spaghetti stall (between Crystal and As Friends in the video) -- good people watching spot, good customer service, and the LB who runs it (with her sister and cousin) can be hilarious at times. It's an example of one of the many small businesses we all hope have made it to the other side of the pandemic.

My first Go Go experience was in Nana Plaza, where I got hustled. I paid up front and when I got the girl back to my hotel, she showed me fake blood on toilet paper and claimed to have her period??!! All I got was a hand jb. The following year I went to Pattaya and strolled through LK Metro, still with a bad taste in my mouth from my first experience, I was not looking to go into any GoGo bars but there was a really cute girl that I couldn't resist. Went in, bought her drinks, paid the fees and took her back to my hotel and happy ending.
What I didn't mention was, the 3 or four times I've been in Thai GoGo's, I felt very, very uncomfortable in the establishments. You got management and security sitting in the booths watching like a hawk. Not a very relaxing or welcoming feeling?!! I'm really turned off and unintrested with the Go Go bars.

Sorry if i'm being a bit thick, but how would I as a potential customer distinguish between what is basically a bar with 'entertainment' and a club as it were,and a place where the management inform you as you leave that you've just been in a club so please pay us [whatever] baat or else?

In the UK all the Supermarkets have a scam going ie Shrinkflation . That sign at Billabong reminded me of it when it said bottled beers for 60b . I hope they mean Leo ,Chang and Singha for 60b and more importantly a 330ml bottle.
In the UK when the supermarkets have 'great' bottled beer offers they are often 300ml bottles and I've even seen 275 ml too !
It like the Mars chocolate bars and Cadbury creme eggs being half the size of the ones from 30 years ago .

Drunken Duck is currently closed and has been sold, so I was told, to the owner of Fever Bar who intends to turn it into an agogo. The previous owner of Drunken Duck has relocated to Waterfall Bar which is directly opposite.

Your detailed info about the bars etc, is very helpful. But it really intrigues how you always name dropping the bar owners/managers.i realize you may know them from your work as a photographer.. But I fail to see how the punters would be interested in who the manager is.. It's even more weird, how some guys buy a manager drinks, OMG, should be other way around.
Surely most of the guys go to go-go bars, to see the girls..
Perhaps it's a UK thing, local bars are a big part of their life.. Socializing.
