You are great!! Ronnie, you have a great sense of humor and you make Grammar look easy and simple! I LOVE your videos! Please continue with your great videos. Thank you!
I teach middle school and you'd think kids have this all down at this point in their life, but the honestly don't. Some do. But my reluctant, struggling readers seem to be lacking some basic reading skills. So I finally decided this year, I need to go back to some basics, but that required some guidance on how to explain and break down syllables and rules. I learned about syllables 30 years ago in Elementary School. This was PERFECT. I feel more confident in teaching this tomorrow. So... THANK YOU!!
Dear Ronnie, I am from Vietnam, I am a pensioner, I have enjoyed my free time by learning English, I’d like to thank you a lot for your interesting lessons, they are so useful and easy to understand. Wishing you all the best. Best regards, Hong

...You are the most amazing teacher!!! ... with you English grammar is the easiest and the most fun ... :)..thank you very much for the way you are doing all to it happen!
you are a perfect actress))) it's pleasure to see you. Thx you very much for this lesson i knew never about 'fun" and that it doesnot comform to the rules.
HAHAH damn it xD You are the most fun teacher. I like your videos because you know how to explain in an interesting way. I should say that I have been watching a lot of your videos, and those are so helpful. You are my fav teacher online! Thank you so much :'D
- The superlative means the best. - The rule for making the superlative adjective: 1. a 1 syllable adjective: adding "the" at the beginning and "est" at the end, for example: the richest. 2. a 2 syllable adjective ends with "y": changing the "y" to "iest" and putting "the" before it, for example: the busiest. 3. 2 or more syllable adjectives: using "the more" before it, for example: the more expensive car is mine. * Exceptions: the superlative of good and bad is "the best" and "the worest", and the superlative of fun is "the most fun"
About doubling the last consonant, I think the vowel location is more important. Having three letters/three sounds! might be okey in most situations but in case of odd or old [both three letters but vowel is not before the last cosonant], superlatives are oddest and oldest unless they're part of rebel group lol.
Hi, your videos are very helpful. I'm a non-native speaker who has just started something similar because of inspiring teachers like you. Would appreciate it if you could give me some suggestions and critiques. Thanks!

ILOVECHICKEN698 I sorry, but i disagree with you, in this case the superlative is "funniest" because the "y" changes in "i". (funny-funniest)

Yep! But this only pertains to the word "funny" not for the word "fun". If you use it for "fun", you would have changed the meaning entirely.
