After purchasing the PRO version ($11.85) and selecting a premium wallpaper with the 3D cube option, it doesn't rotate on the home screen. Just a photo. Disappointed.
I guess not all wallpapers work, I will share the feed back, you can also write to developer

Yes alvin, with it a moving kind, its like a live wallpaper that drains the battery quicker than the main still wallpaper,

depending what you can do, but bet certain things , you'll have to pay, but would love the 3d effects cube for your own images as to save a a short video instead of wallpaper,
but the animated wallpaper that moves, uses more power and drain the battery quicker than the still images of wallpaper, as that's the downside of this,
