Hey I appreciate you brother. I wasn't feeling good about my sight coming up to the season last year. I really didn't think it would be ethical to attempt it when the doctor told me how bad my eyes were. All is good now. I cant wait for the season to open now. I am ready to go.
Great video - incredible frame. Regarding the microphone situation, I noticed this mic pics up your breath control. I found this helpful, good reminder to control my breathing while I'm shooting. Small detail, but I hadn't picked up on it previously.
Lol some people say I shouldn't do it some say I should. I guess it depends on the shooter. I prefer it But after I have drawn and trying to get on target. So it is only for a few seconds

Mark great video mate. The sound is much better yes we could hear the wind but we could also hear the birds tweeting and I never heard any traffic brother. My opinion is a lot better mate 👍👍🎯

For hunting I will most likely shoot 9.5mm. I can get 270fps with snipersling black .5 but I may need to do play with my tapers a little. Or go up a size.

Thanks buddy. The beginning of the video the sound seemed great but the wind picked up a little and I started to get those funny sounds again. I hope I can sort it out because it is nice not to hear the highway noise in the videos.
i knows its work but if you could have an inset screen in shot closer on target over the 20-30 metre shots it would be great, i get bored once capable at 10-15, the further the more fun on a hit.
I have tried it all over my hat and on my shirt and it doesn't help. Next up will be a new cover for the mic to block the wind. I believe that to be the culprit.
Hi Mark, I've never been put off by your audio. As long as I can clearly hear what your saying, a bit of background noise doesn't spoil the video. Watching others videos, I find wind noise to be annoying and it's always when those small mic's are used I notice it more. Just my opinion of course and I personally have no clue about creating video or audio 🙃 Be well Bro.

Please do not worry, this is about testing catapults and not sound systems! PS Your love for the Titan Hunter is immediately apparent watching your videos, however your belief in the catty shack products feels a tad insincere to me.
Really? I believe Wayne's products are top quality. The evo was in my top 5 for a long time. My only issue with catty shack frames are the fork widths. I wish they came in 90mm. My current favorite frame is the Cygnus and the hgh is very similar. I also buy one of my favorite bands from him. If im not shooting snipersling im shooting gong chi

I know you prefer OTT, but it would be good to see your views on it. To me after hunting with shotguns for 40 years, bringing up the TTF frame and looking down the bands, feels so familiar and natural to me, like looking down the barrel of a gun. I’ve been getting on well with my Titan’s recently and enjoying shooting OTT. I’ll invest in an HGH, they look beautifully made and see how I get on with it. Once again thank you for your dedication and keep up the good work!

I want to try the ppmg + so bad but the fork width is too wide for me. I may still get one in the near future. I like proshot frames. I have the Titan pro and love it. Great quality. I got my start shooting with rifles and hand guns later changed to bows in my 30s and slingshots 2.5 -3 years ago. The hgh is a really nice frame and the quality is outstanding. Im sure you will enjoy shooting it.
@@ATOMark The PPMG+ is a pinch grip ie different hand position. You maybe surprised that the wider forks make little difference. I can switch between them and use 90mm OTT.
Audio is good - it sounds like you have a noise gate set too high on the audio recorder. It only opens when you make a noise or a big gust of wind hits the mic. There didn't appear to be any ambient sound when you weren't speaking...

Maybe put it to the left side of the cap. But still the sound quality is much better than the previous videos.

Do u still rate the frame ? Is the bsb 0.45mm ok for 8mm? Is it decent rubber? Have you tried wider taper/ heavier ammo for hunting yet?
Yup I still like this frame. .45 is a great band and is one of my favorites for 8mm. I have shot it with .70 with 9.5mm and it shoots great.

Lots of people shoot the evo in pinch. I have tried it and I don't find it comfortable. It would be cool if there was a dedicated pinch grip frame.
