Soft And Fluffy Chocolate Chip Muffin

How to make soft and fluffy Muffin with Chocolate.
Here's what you'll need:
200 grams dark chocolate
2 cups all purpose flour (250g)
1 tbsp baking powder (10g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
3/4 cup sugar (150g)
1/2 cup butter (125ml)
2 eggs
1 tbsp oil (15ml)
1/3 cup greek yogurt (100g)
1/2 cup buttermilk (125 ml)
2 tsp vanilla extract (10ml)
This recipe makes 6 jumbo muffins or 12 regular sized.

Bake in a preheated oven at 220C/420f for 5 minutes and turn down to 180c/350f for 15-20 Minutes.😊
