The problem is the Raiders organization has been terrible. Russel was drafted to a great organization that protected him with a great defense and line. i'm from seattle. I was at the game sunday vs the titans. Russ is officially frustrating me. We were up 2 possessions and Russ with the playcalling still tried to pass the ball instead of running and milking that clock, keeping the ball out of henry's hands. Russ is all world talented, but my QB definitely tries to prove way too much to nobody instead of just doing what he needs to do to secure wins. Dominate the game early, then manage the clock. He always seems to forget that second part.

It's not just about stats. You have to be able to lead your team to the playoffs. Carr is a very good QB, who can sometimes look great, but until he proves he can get his team to a meaningful playoff game, he can't be called a top five QB.
