Honor x9b 5g Green line issue after update.

I'm beyond frustrated with Honor and their service. My Honor X9b is only 6 months old, and after the update, it started showing a ton of green lines on the screen. I took it to the Honor service center, and they told me they had no parts available. They said they'd call me once the parts were in stock. Well, it’s been over 69 days since they created a job sheet, and still no repair. This is unacceptable! I'm extremely disappointed with both the product and the service. Honor, this is not how you treat your customers!
