I do the same thing with Winnebago in Forest City, Iowa. I go every year for service. Had a few warranty trips in 2020 & 2021. You guys are funny. See you in Hershey
It was refreshing and encouraging to see shoulders down from our people. The relief and satisfaction was palpable. They really make people feel important compare to dealers like you stated.
There was 3 of our customers on site, from new to older units. They were full of gratitude and satisfaction, glowing as they were sharing their experiences.
Finally a RV manufacturing that's makes a good RV and also has a great shop for repairs . Ok , my mind is made up , if i was going to buy a class a it would have to be Newmar .
I have owned two Newmars and am picking up our 2024 Dutchstar 4369 next week. For us, the story rings true for quality and service. We have never had a major problem with Newmar.
We have a 2021 Newmar Ventana 3426 which is the same length. While shopping for a coach, we limited it strictly to Newmar. Newmar invented slide-outs and I wanted no Schwintek slide-outs. To my knowledge Newmar doesn't used them or at least my coach has none. Newmar has hung walls and anything 2020 and newer has a fiberglass roof. Their exterior walls are a bit thicker than most allowing for better insulation. Overall, I do think Newmar has a better product.
Yes, we did. They took entire responsibility to the fact. They didn't try to minimize, deflect or deter our findings and were thankful of the opportunity we brought up to rectify and address production as well as taken accountability and taken care of the buyer with great respect and service as others shared with us that day ..
I've been to the mothership twice. You are correct you are treated very well there and the operation runs like a swiss watch. I also appreciate that the person knocking on your door at 6am and who returns the coach is the tech working on your coach. The tech also updates you during the day kind of like seeing Pierre and Laurel at lunchtime.
You are in for an unforeseeable treat....you're treated like you would hope to be treated. Great thanks to Matt Utley for his years of service experience, being able to build this facility the way you'd expect service to be.
Wow that is impressive 👏🤩. I wish I could be @ such a level. It's exciting to hear that there is Pride still in the industry. I was losing hope for America's craftsmanship. Score huge with custom service.
It is their service center at the mother ship in Nappanee Indiana. It is actually reasonable compare to some dealerships that has no clue how to address issues and would charge more per hour and spend more time figuring the problem. I think it's a win win.
Well -that’s nice -our journey with our 2023 Dutch Star has been the absolute pits -We are very sad -We don’t know the difference and I wish we did 😢⭐️
@@blueoxontherun9188 We did -They told us to pound sand -We were 3 months past our sacred one year warranty-We had $15,000 in damage to our electrical system when we had a inside power surge-Not at the pedestal but an inside surge of power-it can happen when you turn on a major system like your air conditioning and a 240 volt shot through-it is my believe based on other issues we have had and this issue that the power in our motorhome is defective-We worked with NIRVC in Las Vegas-They are just ok -I am not sure I could hold my anger and disappointment back if I went to the “Mother Ship” -This situation was a huge blow and the electrical is still not fixed right -Makes you just want to give this up and travel by car -way more reliable 🤷♀️⭐️🥲
This is the second video praising Newmar left right and sideways. When you spend thousands and thousands of dollars these defects should t be happening. These things are way too expensive so e to have any quality problems. The automobile industry would collapse with such lousy quality. Inspectors are definitely needed before I buy any coach. I’m not trusting any coach without an independent inspector
Good to hear something positive.
We have a 2001 3883 dutchstar and we are very impressed on how it has stood the test of time.
Nice seeing happy folks who RV and enjoyed hearing all the positives about Newmar.
Very interesting! Thanks
Wow! Its wonderful that they take care of you. We still have our list.
Wouldn't it be nice if they did took care of the list 🙄

C4BO. I guess this means the factory cares unlike most dealers! It’s good to see someone happy for a change.

Have to agree. We absolutely love our 2020 4369 Dutch Star, a fabulous coach!
Glad you guys are having a good time!
I’m speechless…such a great video! Love hearing feedback from actual owners and how they are treated. 😃👏👏👏

Love you put the bloopers in.

Who's doing your inspection 😉?
@@blueoxontherun9188lol…Love it! 🙃👍
Some people just like to "wing it" 🙄 🤣
@blueoxontherun9188 I use Rick West out of the Tulsa area. He has been great so far, and I needed to get it done.
Let me know how it turned out? What he found and how many pages report was submitted to you?
Personal info for me, seeing his worth 😉

Very nice video. Great service experience but did you speak with Newmar about the slide issues you encountered?
Yes, we did.

🤣🤣 lunchtime recap 👌
This sounds great. Can’t wait to bring our Newmar Kountry Star to the mothership

C4BO - do you happen to know if they had to empty those cabinets the night before so that they could all be removed the next day in the shop? Thanks
Probably...didn't ask 😁
Was this a warranty service visit? Sounds very expensive if not under warranty.

I thought Prevost motorcoach manufacturers and Newell were considered as being the gold standard
