OMG is all I can say they are amazing. I use to paint but since my late husband passed away (its been 11 years since he passed because the VA Hospital ICU nurse made a mistake)I have found it very difficult to move forward my David was an amazing man. I have returned to Ireland for a while first to allow myself to grieve his loss and heal. Now after reading all the comments below I may try it again in his name. You a truly a gifted person and oh so generous with sharing your gift with us all. I just love how the ornaments turned out. This video makes me want to run out and buy supplies so I can start. I did bring some foam balls with me from the UDA as I make hand quilted ones and even is something I stopped doing till just recently. Again they are just beautiful and for sharing them all with us. God Bless
You are as satisfying as watching Bob Ross I love watching you. I’m not sure I have the talent to do this but I will try it. Thank you for sharing your talents.
Thank you, watching your beautiful video was like watching Bob Ross again which was like going home... such a comfortable reminder I really enjoyed it.
I used to paint all the time and my dad was my biggest fan. He asked me to do a painting of a lighthouse but he passed before I had it finished. I haven’t touched a brush since that was 10 years ago and since I have lost my mom as well. I have been having the urge to start again and I thought maybe I would try an ornament so I stumbled onto your channel. I’m very glad I did. Maybe I’ll get the courage up to give this a try. Thanks. Beautiful work.
🙏I'm sorry that you lost your parents, I know the feeling because I lost mine too at an early age. I suggest that you transform that sadness into a beautiful energy using your brushes, paints 🎨 and canvas so that you can turn it into a beautiful art in honor of your parents. Sometimes a sad situation leads us to beautiful things that we never imagined. Good luck, use the Talent that God gave you. GOD BLESS YOU 🎨🌸🌺☀️🌞
I haven’t touched my crafts since my mom passed away which it was 6 years this coming November, thought I was the only one that can’t get back into hobbies after a loved one passes away. I feel more normal.
Beautiful. Would love to see others with some color. I've only found the 2 black and white. They are truly gorgeous, but you showed some ones with color and would love to see those demonstrated. You are an amazing artist. Thank you for sharing your talents.
I totally am in love. Absolutely beautiful. I will try to attempt to do one. It does look intimidating and am sure it won't come out as nice as yours. Thanks for. sharing.
I absolutely love these winter ornament ideas for a special gift for family. I’ll try one and if it turns out nice I’ll make many. Thanks so much for sharing
Jonnie, I watched you paint the ball gown lady in front of the waterfall today. It is beautiful. Watching you paint is just like meditation for me. I have watched many of your paintings this weekend, it helped me get past a very bad week Thank you! Life is better with a wish and a paintbrush!
I loved this. My mother was a porcelain artist and before she passed she painted a bunch of porcelain Christmas ornaments for each of her kids and grandkids. When she passed her blank porcelain ornaments came to me. I want So badly to paint them with acrylics and stumbled onto your video in my search for a tutorial. Thank you! It was inspiring!
Your work is just beautiful, my mouth was open the whole time I was watching. I pride myself on drawing a stick man on a piece of paper or a smiley face and that is it. When you come down to Australia I live one street away from the Pacific Ocean and my craft room is waiting for you...... so am I 🤗
@@joniyoungart Yes I tend to use a lot of colours too ! But sometimes it can be simplier to use a limited palette. But a bit frustrating when you love colours !!!
Absolutely incredible! The irridescent glitter against the monochrome acrylic paint is genius, gives the scene an atmospheric tone which sits comfortably with the theme. Kind of like the Aurora Borealis. I'd love to spend some time there.
Joni these all are amazing! I can't believe you can charge enough to compensate you for your time. It must take you months to make enough to sell at x-mas! Really awesome!
Absolutely beautiful! I have a winter forest theme for my dining room trees in shades of white, blues and lots of clear glass baubles & crystals, so I can't wait to have a go at doing these! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you so much for sharing this video. You make it look so simple. It is a very beautiful ornament. I can't wait to try to paint something like this. Again, thank you and God bless
