Those are beautiful, Rachel! I'm going to have to make some of those! My favorite one tends to be the one I'm looking at, at any given moment. They're all gorgeous, and it was fun watching you make them.
Thank you!
All are pretty, but I like the white/cream ones and the green ones. 👍🤗
These are gorgeous. Did you seal them? And when you took them out to decorate this year, did the colour chip off? I'm wondering with the baking soda and the cocoa, how long the colour will last. Plus I'm a little leary of using a food substance on something that will be stored away as I'd hate the thought of it attracting bugs or worse.
They are all gorgeous, but I love the white ones the most. They look like snowballs.
I don’t have a favorite. They are all stunning! I love them all. ❤
@@KarenAllen-pp3yl thank you!
Just beautiful
NEW SUB !!!!! Love this Idea
Definitely Blue.... but all of them a stunning.
Gorgeous! And a great way to up cycle/change existing baubles.
Changing the tops to gold and adding a pretty ribbon takes them to a whole new level. Well done 👏🏻
Thank you!

Я давно искала такой урок!! Спасибо милая девушка!!!!
The white ones are my fav. I have a pleather of beige ornaments I’ll be painting white from my stash. Can’t wait to get going on them. 😊
I've been looking to give my tree a new look and I just found it! I love the old world feel of these ornaments. Thank you for sharing!!

I love the white ones the best but all of them are stunning.

Loved the ivory ones!
The whole look with the styling is richly RUSTIC. Very modern yet draws you in. This color palette enhances dark furniture in warmth and light woods very Scandinavian WIN WIN
Thank you!
I loved each one. Thank you
These are beautiful! I have a lot of ornaments I don't care for anymore so I think I'll try to do this technique. Thanks for sharing!
I have seen the same effect done with cinnamon 😊
I was thinking that cinnamon would be a bug/critter deterrent too if you had any and I LOVE the smell.
That’s a good idea too!
I love the blue ones! My tree this year is going to be blue and silver, so they will be perfect
I like them all!!
These ornaments are beautiful! I love the red ones. They are all beautiful.

Merci pour l’idée
Love it
I love the blue, but my stuff is white so I will be making white!!
Very nice , I’m wondering if you sealed them with any particular spray to prevent the cocoa from falling off and make it less desirable to any critters to want to take a taste. Lol
Use baking cocoa - it doesn't contain any sugar and tastes kind of bitter.
Does the acrylic paint chip. Do you ever use a top coat sealer? I think they’re beautiful 😊
These are beautiful and I an going to try to do them. I have 1 question about the cocoa powder. Did you have any issues with bugs?
Beautiful... Do they need a sealant of any kind?
These are great! Thanks for sharing. Do you seal them with anything?
I absolutely love these, you did an amazing job and the colors are beautiful! May I ask what the blues you used were? I love them all but I am really drawn to the blues. ❤
Glad you found them!
@MadCatLady9 She listed the brand and colors in the video description. HTH
I must have missed it, my grands were here so it doesn’t surprise me that I did!! Thank you for the info and I will definitely rewatch the video!! 😊🎄
Definitely making these this year. Did you add both gold and bronze to all of them?
No. If I remember correctly the white ones are the only ones I did with gold and the others used bronze. The details of each one and the colors should be on the blog.
New sub here and enjoyed your presentation! The ornaments look fantastic ... something they would sell in Pottery Barn. Greetings from Buffalo NY! Looking forward to seeing more of your creativity. 🎄
Thank you! That’s what my friend said too. Lol
I think instead of cocoa powder I will do a wash of brown paint, same effect but paint will actually stick to paint.
Do they smell like cocoa? Very pretty!
Nope.
As I final step, do you use a clear coat of spray over them?
She didn't state that but I think I would. I would try to seal them with dollar tree glue and water (50/50}, because it turns into a flat matte. Mod podge matte is too shiny. Not sure if it would work, but if I do this, I want them sealed with something :)
Love the look but is cocoa powder dangerous to cats and dogs?
I didn’t think of that while workin go on them and I have two dogs. They weren’t interested them while I was working on them and didn’t show any interest in them while they were on the tree either. You can always seal them if you are worried about having them in the house.
What is color name like this blue
It’s too colors. I have them in the description and then there’s a full blog post if you want to see more details.
How could I make a smooth texture with dimples in it like it would be metal????? PLEASE HELP!!!!!
I don’t understand what you’re asking exactly. If you don’t want it to be chunky just don’t use the baking soda and instead use a brush. You might not get the outcome you’re imagining though.
You can use a stencil dabbed with baking soda in your paint
How did you seal them?
I didn’t.
So sorry, I just looked below the video and found the colors, lol!
Oh good!
