You were lucky that the workers discovered the fire so quickly and you got it put out fast. How scary that could have been if it burned while you were away. You did an amazing amount of work, both in preparation and planting, but it’s going to look wonderful in a few years. Great work!
It's going to be beautiful! I loved that you selected plants with a variety of colors, textures, and even flowers (lilacs are my FAVORITE!) I can't wait to see what it looks like in a year or two!
Good Morning Mitch, you are grateful to God, for safeguarding your beautiful house from damage in the fireplace. I can't image what fantastic your video reveals to us everything, you do is hard work. You are such a blessing to have your parents supportive of you there. The 1,000 are roughly for the trees and plants. Wow, You continue working for about 8 hours, and the good is outstanding. Have an enjoyable day and a nice weekend! 🌲🍃🍁😊❤️
That looked like a lot of trees in an earlier video but the explanation here makes sense. The dense buffer is such a good idea and looking back in 5 or so years will be gratifying. I have so many questions, but am trying to be patient. I know you are thorough with your research and planning and it is so hard to be patient and wait for these videos to answer my questions. I am absolutely loving this channel.
My family is from Saskatchewan and my Mother's favourite flower was Pulsatilla vulgaris. They grew wild in the Spring. They naturalize beautifully and would create a marvelous carpet in the Spring.
Mitch, your videos have been great. Your planning for your property is amazing. I’m looking forward to more episodes and watching your project come alive. Congrats to you 😊👍
Mitch, Good morning and God bless! This was an epic video for sure! I can only imagine, many years from now, you looking over your land and seeing all that hard work you completed. The tall trees and natural privacy of the other plants and trees growing. It will be something to behold. I am excited to see each year how much they have grown and how the land transforms. This channel is truly a delight and I pray it blesses you mightily! ~John
Any developments? Really interested and would love to see how far the project has come in the last few months. Thank yiu for sharing your skills and knowledge. God bess.
Hey Mitch, that was a dizzying and packed new video. I was fascinated that Bobby has an auger attachment. That is wicked. Good to see that these machines of yours are so versatile and useful. The design of the ecobuffer. "It ain't all beer, beer, truck, truck". I thought I recognized that line from the country song. The prep for the water line, what a flux capacitor that was? Good work on making that happen. I admire your ability to take the well thought out designs and make them real. That is a sign of intelligent planning and forethought. SO nice to see the parental units lending a hand. That's called love and support. I was surprised and a bit freaked out by the fire in the house. Sounds like a very faulty fireplace unit. I hope the insurance company makes them pay for the damage. WOW, glad you're safe and it's fixed. Thanks for outlining the Eco Buffer concept. Very smart and forward thinking. Instead of "fences make good neighbors", it's more like Eco buffer makes a good neighbor. I did see 4 or 5 ways to get killed working with the trencher machine. LOL Thanks for making this complicated and informative video for us. I know making these is a tremendous amount of work. Have a wonderful rest of your weekend. 🌴🌲🌳🌿🌵🍁 and of course, 💜
Good morning Joel, glad you are here. I was astonished to feel my pump heart that his luck caught the fireplace. Praying that the insurance will get approval to pay to cover everything for Mitch. He is a good career to care for plants, and many, etc. Hope, you have a beautiful weekend. Take care, my friend. 😊
@@cynthiahopkins7090 I agree, what a scary thing to have workers run across the yard to say, your house if on fire. So glad it was able to be repaired. I am glad you got to see this video, it sure shows how much effort Mitch puts into everything he does. Have a wonderful weekend! Glad you're safe!
Thanks Joel, glad you enjoyed it! The fire was a big scare but if it was going to be anywhere, I’m glad it was INSIDE the fireplace where it was contained. Totally a freak thing, and good thing it happened when someone was at the house! The EcoBuffer is absolutely awesome and I can’t wait to see what it looks like in a few short years!
