Brilliant - first person I've seen doing a proper job, most back boxes are all rubbish and just crack if you use pliers, well done!

Since when have plastic box boxes had a IP rating? In 30 or so years as an electrician I have never heard of plastic back boxes having an IP rating. If an electrician installed service mounted plastic back box’s in my house or office and put cillecon on them I would not be happy , it make it look more rubbish than it already did.
Realistically electrician’s aren’t going to do it , I always use mini trunking when I service mount cables and back boxes , even in the garage or shed or out building, or I use PVC conduit.
But who am I, I’m just a humble spark who’s opinion means nothing 😂
Great video as always Gaz 👍👍👍❤️

That is exactly what my electrician did not do. I think they went on a course on how to create and leave as much mess as possible as well as leaving a poor finish everywhere

Great video and tips! Can you recommend a good set of electrical screwdrivers for lighting and sockets outlets? Thanks.

Proper Dremel kit would get this done quick, with clean edges, all at once.

Great video and very neat. Is it ok to run silicon sealant around PVC cable?
