Ironbreaker may not always have the most kills or damage on the endgame leaderboard, but every single one I've met always lasts the longest and I've been clutched by a few of them. Truly the gigachad of all dwarves.
My favorite part of any clutch is not just surviving. Is surviving AFTER almost the entire party quit. When a person quits in a clutch it means they have no confidence in you. That makes me even more motivated to clutch it. It happened with me once as Bounty Hunter. They assumed I was dead because I was cornered with a horde and a leech was constantly spawning. I also couldn't force my way through because there was a Ratling very far away which i couldn't pull my crossbow to kill because i'd take enough hits from the horde to die. Thankfully there was a big piece of wood in the scenery. I'd hide behind that every time the leech would teleport to me, and he would teleport away just after. Then I kept doing that and slowly maimed the horde until my purple bar was full I waited for the leech again and when he went away: WAAAAR FUUNDIIING, the ratling was dead. After enough of the horde was also dead I headshotted the leech and finished the horde slowly. I then proceed to walk about just mere 10 meters and revive 2 bots + the host. We also won that match. Losing a game is merely a setback. You only really lose when you QUIT. SIGMAR PROVIDES FOR THOSE WITH FAITH! FOR THE EMPIRE!!
I was playing Ironbreaker when I was doing bardin leveling and I was the last one alive and the host left which kicked me and another guy to the lobby, never leave someone on a clutch as people tend say "let him cook"
Truly though. Always try. Been plenty a situations where I had to clutch, didn't think I could pull it off, but tried anyway and emerged victorious. Both the Treachery finales especially because I always get send into clutch =..).
There was a quest in "Lord of the Rings Online" - "We Cannot Get Out" about last stand of Balin's expedition in Moria. last objective of instance is to guard Balin's tomb in the Chamber of Mazarbul. Wave after wave orcs attack untill you fall and so the quest ends with death of last defender. Basically you can die any moment on last objective if you get bored - it counts. Somehow I managed to stand for about twenty minutes and then screen just fade to black. Wonder how long I could've fought if there wasnt a hidden timer.
@@LiteClips yup specially on hard deeds with double heath/damage elites, roaming elites, I could only clutch with iron breaker no handmaiden w shield or a grail knight

Like solo a horde with a chaos spawn it was epic .only in videos i saw stuff like that .and then i was main ironbreaker. Now i start again from the beginning and again ironbreaker
What's your take on Under Pressure, the Drakefire talent? From what I understand, it buffs your attack speed while at low heat and buffs damage at high heat, which I think is pretty good when running anything Drakefire, but, as a newish player, I wanted a second opinion on the actual effectiveness of the talent.
This is definitely my weaker clutches, but a short one that I happened to have at the time (I delete my footages often to stay organised) the longest being Skittergate
I enjoy the hammer and shield as well, I usually run it in what I call a "hybrid" build which compensates the low damage of the hammer and shield with aggressive talents, so that I can run the handgun.
Catacylsm has different breakpoints from legend and requires a highly specialised build with all 4 competent members in the party before jumping in, hence I don't do it for quick play.
I mean its the easiest class with the strongest traits, you dont need that many hours to be good at him really. Playing him actively even reduces your skill because you care less about getting hit or not and such. Still damn powerful though and well deserved, he used to suck alot back in the day.
@@zinstonehead You lack the potential to be the best in comparison to other classes though which is why you are the best for survivability, no class is OP :D Unless its Sienna if they still haven't nerfed her firewalk.

Good edit, but maaaaaan. That was ultra super duper easy situation to be in. You still young and haven't seen some or neither done some insane clutches! Try more Slayer time, you'll like him with speedy build for "insane" ones!
Oh how I would love to be young, hah! This is definitely my weaker clutches, but a short one that suits the edit and that I happened to have at the time (I delete my footages often to stay organised) the longest being Skittergate. With regards to your assumption "still young and haven't seen or neither done some insane clutches", no, I have never seen insane clutches done on any lobby since I find myself the only one left to clutch, and no, I've clutched with just about anything, even with engineer. This is just 1 short edit of a simple clutch with a classic build, focusing on the technicalities of Great Hammer combat while cornered. And yes, I have spent a lot of time on slayer.
@@LiteClips haha, it's alright dawri! Engineer actually packing a great and versitile pack for clutches, so he's a good one for that alone if a bit tough for full solo level. Stay on rat slaying slayer and keep your eyes peeled!

A real classic.
