The QT stations in NW San Antonio, Tx should use this video. They have constant issues at all the NW stores. Aggravating, to say the least. Thanks for the video! 😊
Wait so original brix was fine you said, so what exactly did you do? Did you re brix it to a different sugar level? Or turn down the water? I know more syrup=freezing/condensation..
Hi Randy b, I always take 2 brix readings, one from the barrel and one from the sample tube. So in this video I had a high brix from the barrel of 20 and then I had a good brix reading from the sample tube. So in that case I emptied the barrel then allowed the barrel to fill and freeze with product that is at the correct brix. I hope that helps.😊
Hello i am wondering if you can help me figure out why one barrel on a slurpee machine keeps going down not staying frozen after 24 hrs not restarting i have install a new transducer , syrup level is good but i just can figure out why its going down. thanks

The best teacher!!
Really good video, would it be possible to get a video full from where you check the bibs and co2 tanks pressures that includes troubleshooting?
Let me search through me past content and if I have one I will send you the link. Thanks for watching.

Weird to see one that doesn't have a remote condenser, almost all of the ones I've ran into had remote condensers
