@JamesSimpson-h3c James you are correct that issue with the filters being changed should have generated a 1 beep , I didn't find any issue with the water valve or within the refrigeration system which may have caused the 5 beeps. Unfortunately I was not able to get any feed back from the other service company on what they found. Thanks for your input you are correct and I have gone over that with tech support as well to see if I may have missed something but they can't explain why that happened either.

@@learnatradecommercialequip2869 We have a customer's machine that did the same thing today shortly after a control board replacement. We could not duplicate the problem, so it's wait and see for now.

You can use any type of descaler . I use CLR mixed with water and depending on the scale buildup I let it sit between 5 -10 minutes. Thanks for watching!

@kevincross9089 yes always understand you will need to communicate with F'real tech support line. In this video commination was completed after the UIM was replaced due to the fact that the system has to be registered in order to put the blender back into operation.

@@learnatradecommercialequip2869 Apparently another company changed the temp sensor, but attachéd it white to white instead of white to red. It was the return. It is registering 97F. Also causes compressor error, which makes sense, if it runs too long from not satisfying thru sensor.

@commercial_service absolutely Brother, but there are so many viewers doing jobs without specifying there rates and they don't get paid after the work is done . So I hope this helps some of them understand.

@sunburn3358 No because I did discharge the caps but I didn't mention it in this one. Your right the caps should always be discharged.

@Dicofol1 Good question, there are several reasons the brix changes within a barrel. If the BIB runs empty for period of time that will throw off brix, if flavors are switched and of different sugar content mean one is sugar free that will throw off brix or the check valves can be bad inside the manifold and this will cause water to leak into the syrup side of the manifold and throw off brix.
