Do me a favour and watch the How to Play section, and let me know if anything is still unintuitive. (At least so I can know I taught it okay!)
I also have the Z-man version, bought it years ago. Every time we pulled out the tiny rules we didn't get it. Maybe it was too late in the night, but the rules were a tad confusing. But watching a game this simple being explained you wonder why it was as hard to understand as it apparently is.
