Hello- Though it depends on the room you selected. Some show as 2 people. But doesn’t specify kids. So you can include kids. But if it is an extra adult then what I have observed is the staff were flexible to help you out. I dont see it as a problem.
We spent a few hours with our family(ladies and kids) during both the daytime and evening. Maharaja Suite. In the morning, we used the time to freshen up and visit the Fort/Taj, while in the evening, we refreshed again before catching our train. The rooms were private and well-maintained. I felt secure during my stay. Would have definitely considered staying there if I were to plan an overnight.

Hi- Yes, you would need PNR to reserve these rooms. Booking/Availability is via IRCTC website.

You will find restrooms there. I dont remember exactly if they were near the ticket counter or somewhere else.

Yes, dormitory me individual rooms hotehei. Room ki key aapkesaat hogi. So aap apna luggage rakh kar araam se ghum ke aasakteho.
