The problem with this guy is that he is now old and joining a company as a fresher somewhere it feels demeaning...he has created a fake image in his mind of being a director and cannot work as an employee....he is designation oriented and worried about what people think and thats all matters to him

    I have a suggestion bro
    1. Cut down your staff number from 12 to 6-7
    2. Give them work from home ( your 22k rent + 75k deposit will free)
    3. As you said ki aapka effective kaam 3 hrs ka hai so 1-2 hrs aap apne staff ke saath kaam karo
    4. You have a bike, enroll yourself in ola/rapido/uber and for 2 hrs ride lo
    5. You mention, you have two brother, think about asking them to work if possible

The caption truly justifies the attitude of this young gentleman. I tried my level best for running a production house being a music producer myself for 7 years. Eventually at 31 I failed and gave up. Started fresh at 31 with a Job where I was the oldest. Was tough in the starting to sit with 23s and 24s but eventually I understood. I failed as a businessman, I am not going to fail as an employee and here after 4 years, 3 promotions and one in pipe line, savings, investments, cars and bikes and gifts to the family and contributing in the family, I can proudly say that never be too proud to change, be in a hostile environment and the days will change.......

He's is earning 2L per month after hiring 10 people plus 2 partners. He believes that by having more money upfront, he could hire better talent, which would bring in 10L per month. However, this is delusional as he seems to think that someone else will generate the income for him. He acknowledges that the current staff isn't good, but he's hesitant to make decisions that are beneficial for the business.
If there is a month with no recruitment due to a slump, how will he cover the 1.5L salary and personal expenses? He has everything maxed out.
It seems he is hiding something, not from Anshuman but from himself. He is possibly afraid that the world will laugh at him, think of him as a failure, and that his family will view him as a loser. Yasin’s approach to the whole thing was he wants liquidity to set this off somehow. But he will again land up in the same situation again because of total lack of maturity on financial front . If someone can spend almost a lakh on camera and Mike on day one , then you know it’s more of show off .

Some people have no exposure to financial planning when growing up. I am very lucky that i had that, with elders who had their finance right and most importantly taught me how to handle personal finance while growing up.
During school picnics, i had to keep a diary and report all the expenses and what is left.
All members of family keep a ledger of their expenses, even dad with 63 years of age, still writes his expense as low as Rs 10, or for eg routine expense like haircut.
Some of my friends dont know how to maintain personal ledger, or simple credit debit journal entry. Hope this type of content helps people early in their life.

I'm 27, and like him, I've faced some tough situations, though by God's grace, I’m not in a financial trap. I used to run a successful eCommerce business, but a lawsuit forced me to shut it down. Now, I’m working in my dad’s business, but it’s only enough to clear his debts and cover expenses-it's not generating any income for me. I’m barely saving, and I can’t cover my lifestyle expenses with what we making from it.
I even tried launching a TH-cam channel and selling merchandise to create an income stream, but that didn’t work out as planned. I invested around 70k in gadgets, hoping to get things going. Now, I’m focusing on gaining new skills and looking for a job in the IT field.
The truth is, I never expected my business to get tangled in a lawsuit, and I wasn’t prepared for it. Sometimes, life forces you to make tough decisions. Even though I used to think getting a job wasn’t necessary and doubted anyone would hire me, I’ve realized that taking that step is crucial.
