I just made fresh broccoli and Cauliflower in my Cosori Air fryer last night. A tip I learned back when I roasted them in the oven was to blanch them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes first. It allows a touch of water/moisture to get inside so they aren't dried out but have that great roasted flavor. Drain REALLY well then toss into the air fryer. Worked like a charm!
I am absolutely loving your videos! Great ideas for healthy eating, and the way you have time stamps and info listed helps me go back and reference all my favorite recipes (I have saved many, many videos), so that is awesome! Thanks and keep them coming!
Broccoli (fresh) is actually my favorite veggie to cook in the air fryer thus far, lol. But I do have to break it up into smaller florets than usual. It's SO worth it, though. I mix it up with olive oil, s&p, garlic (either fresh, jarred, or even powdered if I'm in a hurry), and parmesan. Make sure you use the floret ends to pick up all of the good stuff before tossing it in the air fryer. It comes out beautifully browned and crispy!! I had no idea that broccoli could get that crispy, mmm... But again - small florets are key. And cut off any longer thick stems and make sure they're cut small enough to cook evenly.
Just purchased a Cosori air fryer.Only knew about them because of a TH-camr I follow. This channel is actually invaluable to me,especially coming up to Christmas. It’s going to make catering so much easier.Subscribed.Love from England.👍🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

Just got my first AirFryer ...Cosori 2... Just cleaned it then made crinkle cut Idaho frozen French fries...Im so stoked! Really delicious! I purchased the Cosori after watching your vids! Thanks for your awesome vids Cathy!
Your videos inspired me to try air frying again, on your recommendation I bought the Cosori 5.5 Litre the same as the one you use, it arrived the other day and yesterday I teamed it wil my Instant Pot to make a roast chicken and fresh steamed veggies. Both turned out great and even my daughter who is a picky eater enjoyed it. So I just want to say thank you for the videos and keep up the good work :)
Ok I’m back from Instagram and tagged 2 of my friends who also just recently got air fryers and need to follow you !! This is the most excited I have gotten about cooking in years
Another great tip Cathy❤. It's how I cut my green beans too. Love the brussel sprout. Aside from bacon, I also mixed it with onion then I mix it with balsamic vinegar.👍🌄
I love your channel!! I’m new to the air fryer world, and have the Chefman with the trays rather than the baskets. I wish there was a translator on these, but I still love watching! Well done 👍
I will be getting my first air fryer this Friday. YAY!! After watching your review of air fryers I ordered the Cosori from Amazon. Due to a health issue I am on a VERY restrictive diet. An Air fryer will allow me to once again enjoy foods I've not been able to eat for a year. Why didn't I think of this sooner???? I am a new subscriber. I know I'll get lots of great advice and recipes from your channel. Thanks so much!

Thank you very much for your videos! I just got my Cosori 5.8 Thursday and hardly any smell with the burn in. Used it that night, last night, today and now I’m roasting asparagus in it tonight. I love it so much that I’m already thinking i will need another one lol. You are the only one I trust with learning how to cook in it. Thank you again! 😊 and Merry Christmas 🎄
June 2022. Being in sw Louisiana is a heat wave (99+ Temps daily) I was looking into an air fryer. I finally ordered it and it's here. Looked you up on TH-cam fir a quick recipe. I have carrots, parsnips and cherry tomatoes in it now. Thank you .
Brussel sprouts looks good I don't have air fryer yet! When I make brussel sprout dish I add sliced apples and sliced almonds to the bacon and brussel sprouts OMG yum!!! And drizzle with balsamic vinegar reduction!!! Over the top!!! Thanks for the videos!!! I definitely think I will join the air fryer craze ❤
#airfryersrock My favorite air fryer roasted veggies are cubed butternut squash and also brussels sprouts. For both of these, I toss them with 1 Tbs olive or avocado oil and a generous amount of seasonings of choice (my current favorite is a chipotle lime mixture), then air fry on the veggie setting. For the brussel sprouts, I drizzle with a balsamic glaze when serving.
I'm am just so grateful that you've shared with us sooo many DEEELICIOUS recipes (Dinners, Meats & Yummy Veggies). All of the recipes in this video are YUUUMMMYYY!! Thanks so much for sharing. Keep 'em coming..PLEASE!! Arlene :)
Roasting vegetables in the air fryer is one of its best uses. While I have had impressive results with chicken, pork and fish, the speed, efficiency, and economy when roasting vegetables, is a revelation. Instead of roasting vegetables in my oven at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes, my air fryer does it in 15-20 minutes using a single, small electric burner and a fan. Our energy use in winter is significant, mostly from increased use of our oven and more hot water use. Our summer use is lower, even though we use air conditioners. It will be interesting to see if our winter usage sees a decrease from using my oven less!
just got my Cosori air fryer last Thursday. I did several recipes and they were delicious. Very easy ! Thank you for your great videos. I have a question: Do you used your 3 air fryers at the same time to be ready to feed everybody in your family ? for example chicken legs and vegetables. First cooking the chicken legs and when it's done put in the warm oven while I cook vegetables in my air fryer ? Maybe I need to buy a second Cosori air fryer .....
I gave one of my air fryers to my parents, so I have two right now. Because I'm making food for a family of 7, having two air fryers is really helpful. Especially with recipes where you have to cook in multiple batches (like this one: th-cam.com/video/UqJc9mKeVGE/w-d-xo.html). However, you can cook an entire meal (a protein with vegetables) in one air fryer like in this video: th-cam.com/video/0WG4YWZ0vBU/w-d-xo.html. This is just another reason why I love my air fryer! Getting a second air fryer is totally up to you and your own situation, but for me, I love it! Hope this helps! :)
Thanks again! I watch you as much as I can! I have to admit I ventured out on my own and tried roasted cauliflower but I wish I would have seen you vid first! the buffalo sauce addition is amazing. Thank you for your dedication, means a lot for food for the soul.
I like your recipe better than the one in the Cosori recipe book. These are all really nice recipes. Thank you. I LOVE YOUR CHANNEL!!! QUESTION-> Do you always pre-heat your basket or can that be skipped? As far a vegetables go, I have tried frozen California blend; cauliflower, carrots and broccoli. I've also made the fried breaded zucchini, from scratch fries, sweet potato fries, all from the Cosori recipe book, and reheated baked potatoes after slicing them open and squooshing them open, then I put butter, salt and onion powder (because I love onion flavor) 400F for 5-7 minutes, depending on size. And of course I've cooked store bought fries and tater tots in it too.
Awesome!! I haven't even tried anything from the cosori cookbook! 😂 What has been your favorite from that? I usually don't preheat actually... Unless I'm doing some meats that I'd normally grill and some baked foods.
@@empoweredcooks My family seems to enjoy the salmon recipe, but... I did have an issue with the Teriyaki sauce. That recipe being WAY too salty for us. I was certain, that 1/2 cup of soy sauce was way too much for the sauce base. The Cosori Chef Team says that they didn't make a mistake and that that's how their testers liked it. I think that the soy sauce should have been cut in half, down to a 1/4 cup, otherwise you can't taste the oj, nor sugar. So, we've just been putting honey mustard on it or, my 5 year old likes hers sometimes with ranch (kids are weird. lol).

I have been enjoying all of your air fryer videos. Keep 'em coming. I predict you are about to get a whole bunch of new subscribers due to the sale on Prime.
Thanks so much! I printed off your Brussels sprouts recipe and noticed it calls for 1/4 cup oil and vid states 2 tbsps. I’ll go with the lesser and cross my fingers!!
I’d be willing to try every veggie in the AF except for corn. For about the last 35-40 years I’ve been cooking it in it’s husks in the microwave. Only takes about 3-3 1/ 2 minutes for two, and a little longer for more. They are super easy to clean as well. I have to confess that I’ve had my new Cosori for about three weeks. One of those weeks it was still in the box in the entry way, then it made it to the kitchen and it’s now on the counter. Have no idea why I have used it yet. But I’m going to. Soon. 🤗
I made the asparagus for dinner tonight I am an 84 year old widow living alone. Although aI only cooked 3 ounces of asparagus it did take 8 minutes... I served it with chicken wings which I reheated in the air fryer. Any suggestions for keeping the first food you cook warm while you fix the rest. Like your channel. Do you ever put the parts of the air fryer in the dishwasher
Hi and GREAT vid! One question - where did you get that over-the-sink strainer? I checked out your links below but didn’t see it. Looks like a cooks “dream” accessory. Thanks in advance for your answer, and again, great vid and channel - happy to be subscribed.
Im so excited. I just got my cosori air fryer. Ive been doing some of your recipes in my mealthy lid with my instant pot. Not sure which meal im doing first, but veggies will be part of it. Thank you for all your amazing information. Im confident and ready to roll
AF newbie here: just made wings for hubby in the AF, and realized it's really the sauce that makes it so good. Peeled and cut thick sticks of EGGPLANT of all things, set in AF at 390 for 9 min, and tossed in Franks Buffalo sauce. Darn, I could eat them every night!
I love putting my washed veggies in a salad spinner to get as much water off them as possible. You could even wash your veggies in the salad spinner (put it in the sink before you start spinning while it's full of water), drain the water out and spin them again to get the water off the veggies too.
I love all veggies in the airfryer! Fresh broccoli is great when it gets that slight char to it. And baby carrots glazed with just a bit of sweet honey. And I make Mexican street corn with the beautiful charred corn on the cob. #airfryersrock
GREAT IDEAS THANKS When using Silicone Baking Cups.... Do they need oil in them to prevent sticking? Cn you do a video using Silicone cooking products please???
Hey! Yes you'll want to spray them. I know I've used them in a video or two.... My brain is just fuzzy so I don't remember exactly which one off the top of my head!
I wonder if it is possible to prepare eggplant parmesan in the air fryer. I used to fry the eggplant slices after dredging; but then changed to baking them because I hate frying so much. Could this step be done in the air fryer?
What would you suggest for a substitute for buffalo sauce stuff? I'm not a huge buffalo sauce person but what else have you tried with the cauliflower that would make it exceptionally beyond delicious? I'm always open to suggestions. I just don't see the point of buffalo sauce. But thanks. It looks delicious if you're in the buffalo stuff.
All right great start w/zucchini. fries. I picked up a bunch at Freshfields Farms in Orlando today. I am ready to rock on with the zucchini....Crossing my fingers we get past the frozen vegetable part. But we shall see how good they go. Yum Yum Yum Yum Yum Yum Yum Yum.
Thanks for the video! Love vegetables and this was great for when you need to use them up. I have green beans that I need to use - doing this tomorrow!

I love the broccoli cooked in the air fryer. I will have to try the corn on the cob. Thanks for all the tips.
I don't have IG. your recipes are game changers now I am saving money for this air fryer

Honestly I love this video & I tried 2 of the recipes already today! You make cooking veggies easy and I'm thankful for that 😌
Yay!
Great video, what brand of air fryer do you have? most of them seem to have a plastic basket, its looks like yours is steel which I think is better?
Reviewed 2 of your amazing videos. Just ordered my air fryer from amazon. Thank you!
I'm just ready for some good veggie recipes. I can't even talk I'm so sleepy it's Sunday morning at 2 AM. Let's do it.
Christmas gift Newbie here. Veggies, like the green beans. Can you use butter and seasoning to cook instead of spray oil?
I just bought a Cosori air fryer during Amazon Prime Days and it came today. Did my first meal of salmon and sweet potato fries. Was a fabulous meal! I have been enjoying all of your air fryer videos. Keep 'em coming. I predict you are about to get a whole bunch of new subscribers due to the sale on Prime.
Thanks Laura! You know there is more to come! Hope you love your air fryer :)
Thanks so much! I printed off your Brussels sprouts recipe and noticed it calls for 1/4 cup oil and vid states 2 tbsps. I’ll go with the lesser and cross my fingers!!
Good call!!
Oh yum I love your Brussel Sprouts and the Broccoli in the AF absolutely right on!
Yay!
I made the buffalo bites today - very nice! My husband loved them!
Just got my first Air-Fryer for Xmas....love your videos! Thank You!
You're going to love it!
Soon. 🤗
You got this, Lola!
WoW! Than k you!!! Your videos are so good! Would you recommend a two drawers air fryer like the
Ninja?
I made the asparagus for dinner tonight
I am an 84 year old widow living alone.
I'm a new AF purchaser and I feel like I'm getting a lot of inspiration from your videos! Going to make those maple brussel sprouts tonight!
Woo hoo! You are going to love those!
I love making veggies in my air fryer. Thanks for some extra tips, I had no idea I could make frozen veggies as well 😊
Hi and GREAT vid! One question - where did you get that over-the-sink strainer? I checked out your links below but didn’t see it. Looks like a cooks “dream” accessory. Thanks in advance for your answer, and again, great vid and channel - happy to be subscribed.
Hi Teri! Right here! amzn.to/3vbqpOX and thank you! Glad you are here!
Best Brussel's Sprouts I've ever made! Thank you for the recipe!
YESSSS! You are welcome!
Im so excited. I just got my cosori air fryer. Ive been doing some of your recipes in my mealthy lid with my instant pot. Not sure which meal im doing first, but veggies will be part of it. Thank you for all your amazing information. Im confident and ready to roll
Woo hoo! Go Pam! You're going to LOVE the Cosori!
Well there you go!! What a great tip!
I made the brussels sprouts today and they are so good! I will never make them any other way.
Your awesome! Thank you for all the great videos, helped me out a lot.
Cathy can I cook my frozen fries and mixed veggies at the same time? I am thinking side by side?
I love putting my washed veggies in a salad spinner to get as much water off them as possible. You could even wash your veggies in the salad spinner (put it in the sink before you start spinning while it's full of water), drain the water out and spin them again to get the water off the veggies too.
Excellent tip! Thank you!
I love all veggies in the airfryer! Fresh broccoli is great when it gets that slight char to it. And baby carrots glazed with just a bit of sweet honey. And I make Mexican street corn with the beautiful charred corn on the cob. #airfryersrock
I agree about fresh broccoli. The key for me has been to use smaller florets.
I found a Misto at Walmart. I’m using it with olive oil is that okay?
Thanks for all of your tips!
#AIRFRYERSROCK I love potatoes in any way, shape, or form. Air fryers really do rock, and are a total game-changer. Yes, #Airfryersrock! 👍🏼
Love Veggies! This will make you want to try air fried veggies!
Tried the brussels sprouts recipe today, fantastic.
GREAT IDEAS THANKS
When using Silicone Baking Cups.... Do they need oil in them to prevent sticking? Cn you do a video using Silicone cooking products please???
Hey! Yes you'll want to spray them. I know I've used them in a video or two.... My brain is just fuzzy so I don't remember exactly which one off the top of my head!
So far zucchini fries are my favorite. Everyone gobbled them up and loved them!
Thanks for these veggie ideas! Ready for even more 👌
Coming soon! ☺
waiting and excited to seee what cooking today. i am also doing something delicious in my airfryer . 😍😍😍
What did you make today?
@@empoweredcooks #airfryrsrock
I do not have a air fryer yet. But would like to make broccoli and asparagus recipe.
Please also mention you select what option roast,Bake or what preheat
I wonder if it is possible to prepare eggplant parmesan in the air fryer. I used to fry the eggplant slices after dredging; but then changed to baking them because I hate frying so much. Could this step be done in the air fryer?
All of these veggies looked so so good😋! I can almost taste them🤤! Thanks for sharing ❤️!
:) Thank you!
@@empoweredcooks You’re welcome 🥰!
You could just mist with oil and then finish it off with some garlic and Parmesan cheese?
Great tips Kathy!😀👍 Thanks so much!💜🙏✌🎶🌞💐
You are so welcome!😃🥰
All right great start w/zucchini. fries. I picked up a bunch at Freshfields Farms in Orlando today. I am ready to rock on with the zucchini....Crossing my fingers we get past the frozen vegetable part. But we shall see how good they go. Yum Yum Yum Yum Yum Yum Yum Yum.
Enjoy these Gail!
Try sweet basil instead of the Italian seasonings with a drizzle of butter....YUM!
#airfryers rock! Making the Brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes for our lunch today! Yum!
I tried someone else's recipe for chicken and it was no where as good as yours!! Can't wait for your cookbook!
Awesome! Thank you!
#airfryersrock I love the veggies while meat is resting tip! I usually skip the resting step and the meat is so good when you wait. Thank you!
I love the broccoli and Brussel sprouts
Thanks for the video! Love vegetables and this was great for when you need to use them up. I have green beans that I need to use - doing this tomorrow!
