I started listening blues to chill when I was feeling down, now its like my life soundtrack. Happy or sad, I learned to remain cool. The blues is a way of life.
That is such a true statement Daniel. I think a lot of us that visit Don's every Sunday of the week to see what new gem he has given us feels that way. The Blues gives us a kind of comfort and support in difficult days and moments. I would doubt if I am alone in that I sometimes turn to this genre of music IN ORDER TO FEEL A LITTLE BLUE....living a life where I occasionally don't get knee-deep into John Lee Hooker or Buddy Guy, or the lesser known but great artists here, ain't worth livin'. I don't want my life's EKG to be flat.....because the fact that mine has been more up and down than Lindsay Lohan's social life, I get to experience more and different music. If the soundtrack for your life includes the Carpenters, get out of my bar. Uh, like, now.

North, east, south and west. Over under and across Don, you are shinning. This has to be by far The Best of all three. I'm not gonna make any comparisons because All the songs are played and sung fantastically well. What a tremendous job you've done and ,(I don't believe for one moment that it's easy). The voices of the women are nice and strong and add a good flavour. All the instruments wow. I think Don, you are married to the Blues because your taste is beyond, and in the words of Jimmy Dawkins. Ain't gonna worry about tomorrow.
