Interesting to hear how things have changed banking wise, my partner and I were able to get a 5% deposit pre-approval via Westpac back in end of 2022, new build condition of course. Ended up doing a 15% deposit to bring down the low equity margin to 0.25% from 1%. Great discussion guys.
