Love seeing the new equipment in the videos - would be killer to see a regular new equipment video going over whats new at the gym. Also would be stoked to see just a bunch of videos on each piece of equipment you guys have and what are the best form / tips / things to watch for, tons of content there... Keep crushing it !!!

Looking good Dorian. Would really like to see videos on how to keep the joints safe, warm them up and what true recovery looks like. I am 52 and getting back into lifting and I need to pay attention to my body as it is not responding like it did in my 20's and 30's. Especially my nutrition now, it is like a new education.

Thank you! 1. Perspective having a herniated disc and not being able to walk / being in pain for long periods of time changed my view or cardio and being active on a daily basis. Cardio used to feel like obligation now I look at it as a blessing if I’m pain free. 2. Eat to fuel my training and Intensity! 0% of me thinks of cheat meals for pleasure it’s out fo the question for me personally 3. Make sure my sleeping and training intensity is a priority
Small tip for the banana in oatmeal. Mash that banana with fork and mix it with the oatmeal. I do 2 bananas in 100g of cooked oatmeal and 50g of pure whey protein isolate and I don't need to use any kind of sweetners.. Maybe 2g of amino acid glycine. It also taste sweet. But I take it not for sweet taste, but because it's anti inflammatory amino acids and it balances amino acid profile of whey protein.. Bodybuilders have too much methionine and not enough glycine if they don't use hydrolyzed collagen or cook bone broth or eat whole chicken with the skin etc..
