100 से कम tds wala पानी अगर बोतल में ह या प्लास्टिक सी होकर निकलता ह जैसे की ro से तो पानी में TDS 100 से कम होने के कारण वह अपने अंदर प्लास्टिक के कण मिला लेता ह जिससे 100Tds से कम वाला पानी पीने से केंसर होता ह ओर भी काफी बीमारियां होती ह तो 100 TDS से कम वाला पानी ना पिएं 200 se 300 वाला पानी पिए उसमे शरीर के लिए जरुरी कैल्शियम मैग्नेशियम पाए जाते ह ओर हानिकारक भी नही होता

TDS is a great factor to consider before purchasing a water purifier for your home. Not every household in India requires an RO purifier, there may be other purification technologies that may be a much better choice. For supply TDS level below 250ppm choose Ultra filtration purifier. For TDS range 200-1500ppm go for Nano filtration water purifier. For supply TDS of above 1200ppm Choose Ro water purifier.

You have not mentioned any sources of the data that you stated in the video. However as per WHO (World Health Organization) the ideal TDS of drinking water is 100-300ppm. If RO is used for lower TDS range of below 1000ppm, it may strip away the minerals from the water resulting in water being demineralized. Rather using Nano filtration purifier for TDS range of 250-1500ppm would the best choice.

Premium miniral water tds is high because it has added mineral candle and carbon candle which increases taste of water. Pure water with higher tds is safe for young peoples but for small children age 0 to 6 they can't digest that much mineral. You can drink it it's not harmful but don't give it to small baby.
