In school you think everything will be better once you become an adult but actually things just continue to suck. Now you just work and try to pay off your bills lol
You can do it gradually, step by step and get rid of your old clothes in a good way by donating them. A wardrobe change is probably normal as you age and grow to be an adult.

I think that trying to recover just to get revenge is an unhealthy way of coping. Unless he's an obsessive maniac, I doubt he'd care about it, so it would be pretty meaningless. Plus, even if he did care, that would just be momentary satisfaction, and you wouldn't benefit at all from that. On the contrary, you'd waste your time trying to make him care. Do whatever you do for yourself, not for some random guy
It's strange to say but don't take that phase for granted. During that phase of life it's an increased amount of energy due to the amount of testosterone that is being pumped through your blood. So anything that you want to get done at this time of your life do it and you won't have any regrets. Once the acne phase goes away fatigue tends to set in and then you'll have less energy and you'll feel older. It's the worst part about getting old but no one really talks about.
So why care ?? It seems clique but genuinely just be yourself and communicate .And if people spread or believe rumors they would rather make up fake bullshit or believe it instead of get to know you anyways .So just don’t worry about rumors cuz those people aren’t worth your time anyway
Just get to know people who have good intentions for you as much as possible that’s all you can really do .Also the second you realize rumors are either true in which case why deny it or are made up bullshit you’ll find the humor in them too
You dont have to be in delulu for that you are the best ,if you have never did any crime and don't want to do anything bad to anyone including yourself than its an enough reason to be proud of yourself,,I know teenage sucks but you will survive, convincing ourself the same is hard at times but you will manage don't worry
My painful acne phase started at like 12-13 and has held a chokehold on my life for 2 decades seeing as I'm now 32 😭😭 I did Accutane as a teenager and tried literally everything. It's definitely waaay better now than when I was a teen but I still consistently get painful breakouts. Oh the joys of PCOS 🥺 BTW, you're beautiful doll! ❤
I eventually did Accutane too. Cystic acne killed my self esteem. :( Hate to sound dramatic but it low key turned me into an alcoholic. I couldn't deal. Especially as a girl.

My extremely low self esteem bc of my acne and other precieved flaws definitely led me to making some decisions that led to over a decade of addiction before I got clean. I can't say for sure but I feel like if I would have been more comfortable in my own skin WITH my own skin I may of not made some of the decisions that led me down the wrong road.

I was so desperate, having similar issues with PCOS and acne that I finally relented and tried it and it worked for me. I really hope you find something that works for you. still in the painful acne phase, hoping to level up soon
It's strange to say but don't take that phase for granted. During that phase of life it's an increased amount of energy due to the amount of testosterone that is being pumped through your blood. So anything that you want to get done at this time of your life do it and you won't have any regrets.
Once the acne phase goes away fatigue tends to set in and then you'll have less energy and you'll feel older. It's the worst part about getting old but no one really talks about.

My painful acne phase started at like 12-13 and has held a chokehold on my life for 2 decades seeing as I'm now 32 😭😭 I did Accutane as a teenager and tried literally everything. It's definitely waaay better now than when I was a teen but I still consistently get painful breakouts. Oh the joys of PCOS 🥺 BTW, you're beautiful doll! ❤
I eventually did Accutane too. Cystic acne killed my self esteem. :( Hate to sound dramatic but it low key turned me into an alcoholic. I couldn't deal. Especially as a girl.
@janlundberg5924 girl I totally feel that. My extremely low self esteem bc of my acne and other precieved flaws definitely led me to making some decisions that led to over a decade of addiction before I got clean. I can't say for sure but I feel like if I would have been more comfortable in my own skin WITH my own skin I may of not made some of the decisions that led me down the wrong road.

same i tried accutane at 26 again after i had the worst breakout i had. it cleared my skin this time. i havent had a major breakout in 6 years. i also have hormonal problems although never officially diagnosed with pcos. it left me with paranoia of breakouts. even the smallest zit scares me.
I’m so sorry. PCOS is no joke and can wreak havoc on the skin. Have you tried 4 months zero dairy? I was so desperate, having similar issues with PCOS and acne that I finally relented and tried it and it worked for me. I really hope you find something that works for you. It’s mentally and emotionally exhausting dealing with acne. ❤
