Those subjects require very different study methods! For maths you need to go home and practice every day - so re-do the questions you did in class that day, try your homework again after marking with the teacher and getting the answers, practice past papers! And for life sciences you need to use active recall methods to memorize content! Make flashcards, make questions for yourself to answer, teach a friend, say your work out loud. I hope this helps!! :)
