New Thermostat with Housing Assembly from 1AAuto.com trq.video/ia-1...
This video shows you how to install a new TRQ thermostat and housing in your 2006-2009 Mercedes-Benz E350. The thermostat controls the flow of coolant in your vehicle’s engine. When a thermostat fails, it can lead to overheating, which will damage the engine. One sign of a faulty thermostat is a cool upper radiator hose when the engine is at full operating temperature. It’s important to replace the thermostat immediately if you suspect it is failing.
This repair was done on a 2008 Mercedes-Benz E350 4Matic 3.5L Sedan 4-Door AWD Automatic and the process should be similar on the following vehicles:
2006 Mercedes-Benz E350
2007 Mercedes-Benz E350
2008 Mercedes-Benz E350
2009 Mercedes-Benz E350

There are two idler pulleys plus the tensioner on my 09 E350. That diagram for the belt routing is therefore wrong. Please correct and folks there are other videos here on YT showing the correct routing. FCPeuro shows the correct routing and you could Google the routing as well. Cheers
This is super easy coming from vw world
You showed how NOT to do it lol
