Dude! This is the type of video I’ve been looking for! My church is longer than it is wide. This has a lot of great stuff in it. Do you use speed boosters between the EF lenses and Panasonic cameras or just regular adapters?
cool stuff, there are lots of cheap PTZ setups lately, but I haven't tried them to see their quality... Using micro 4/3 or apsc camera would get you tighter shots without have to drop lots of money on those really expensive lenses... But yea keep it up
@@_aPaladin yeah, we use m4/3, but we're just upgraded our lenses over the years to higher quality ones for the optics, but still getting the benefit of the crop factor
One other question (not related to the cameras). In what quality do you stream? Have you ever used hyperdeck quality? Did you notice any real advantage? God bless
I think we do Hyperdeck Low? Whatever setting translates to 1080p at 12 Mbps. We used to use the setting just below that and I feel like I noticed a slight improvement, but nothing crazy
Yep! We outgrew our auditorium so now have church in the theatre next door, which means setup/teardown each week. I direct probably 90% of the time, but I'm working at training up some great guys to take it from me more often!
What do you use for your livestream? Is it a mix of propresenter and obs or do you use more specific software for your usecase? Since you have to pack in/out do you find yourself using wireless signals or can you just patch the video through the existing infrastructure? Really cool insight!
@@zacfromnzl I've got some other videos that run through most of our setup. But we use an ATEM Constellation for switching and an ATEM Mini for streaming. We use a mixture of wireless and wired that we run each week
Hey Josh, once again, GR8 video.
The idea for cam 3 was fantastic 🎉
Thanks!
Cool ❤

Some of em are speed boosters and some are just adapters, but honestly I don't remember which 😂 kinda just depends on the focal length you need to get
@@budget-church-livestreaming that’s awesome! I loved your first camera setup. It was almost a one for one setup to my church. Lol.
@@JohnnyWagner1 ha that's awesome!!

Do you setup and direct the service every week?
