I agree with you about Carmilla. I really wanted to love it and I just didn't, and I do think it was partly because of the length, but I am also glad that I read it. And yeah, I want a new skull too. I have quite a few. I have a big candle skull that is gorgeous that i am never burning. I have three dark green (as in almost black) glittery skulls in the three evils and I have them on my bookshelf. Plus two bone colour ones, one with beautiful curly carvings that is also quite large, and a much smaller one with etchings on it involving a black cat and a spiderweb. I also have a glass one with a cork in it. I also got given a black tacky skull for a birthday one time, but I actually like it on my desk. I did find a new skull, but it is a small one like the size of my thumb but I still love and it is on my bookshelf too.
I don't know why I just dropped all that, but I do like my small collection and I will like to add to it, and also I love the one you got too.

Why have I never thought of scanning books onto goodreads?!?!?! The fact that you're reading horror books and going on a ghost tour when you live it alone is absolutely wild to me, like girl I could never 😅 I absolutely love getting a flash of the Scottish city life through your vlogs!!!! I'm sorry Christina Henry came out with another book? I'm sorry I love her, not just her retellings but I adored Near the Bone even though I recognise that it isn't the most unique concept or plot, but I still loved it. I haven't read her The Ghost Tree yet, but I very much am interested in Horesman. I might look at getting that soon
