I thought in america there is mostly only summer vacation and holiday vacation for christmas and the turkey holiday forgot its name. 2 weeks of fall holiday is not what I expected
Bet K Its because her school is pretty much year round; The new school year starting in July. As a result, the school district has 2 weeks break for fall, Christmas, and spring.
This is more common in AZ as opposed to the rest of the states who start in August or after Labor Day, late August/ September. It’s more usual to have one week for fall break in public school or universities that adhere to a non- year round school calendar.
The schools also take breaks on alternate weeks so they are not all on the same week which makes it challenging for those families with students in both Hs and college who want to go on vacation.

I moved from Norway to England for university and it always takes a while to readjust after holidays, because I'm so used to a different lifestyle.

A couple years ago you made a video about getting "fake" glasses, but what you really wanted was a pair of "real" glasses which you didn't need at the time and so far you apparently still don't. But when did you last get your eyes checked? I'm a retired optician and your eyesight can go from being perfect to needing glasses withing a 6 month time period. You really should plan on going for an eye exam and if you still want to be prescribed glasses here is all you need to do. When they ask you yor reason for getting your eyes examined which they will you simply tell them that recently you have noticed that when driving at night things seem to be a little bit blurry and out of focus slightly. Then do the eye exam as best as you possibly can, you never ever want to try cheating by pretending you cant't see letters on the eyechart properly. Again during the exam with the doctor mention about having some issues with not seeing as well as you always used to. At the end of the regular eye exam the doctor will push the phoropter in front of your eyes and have you read several of the lines near the bottom of the eyeschart. What you won't know is that your eyes will be reading those lines through a weak prescription. You're going to see those letters even better than you did the first time you read those lines. He or she is just making sure that you're in fact able to see perfectly wearing that prescription. Then you will be handed a prescription for your "real" glasses. Then the real fun part because you will then go out and start trying on as many frames as you wish too and even have the help of an optician in choosing the pair you want as your glasses. You will be told to wear your glasses when driving at night which of course you really don't need to but just like reading the eyechart your glasses will actually make driving at night even better for you even though you don't really need glasses. And of course once you have your glasses you can the wear them as often as you wish to Wearing your glasses new glasses won't in anyway do any harm to your actual eyesight if you're wondering.
