My bikes have very poor pick, and after applying break when i give throttle it daosent pick ,its like having load even no pillion whta should i do...!!??

Check your carb, overhaul it, check the air filter- clean it, check for carbon deposits inside the silencer and the muffler - clean it , check the spark plug and if its bad, clean or replace it. These are the common issues for poor pick up.

The CDI for Shogun and all other 100 cc bikes of TVS are the same. So if you check in FB / WhatsApp groups you will find it. Only the last version tvs bikes came with combined cdi and ignition coil. That will not suit.

No, it's not a direct fit..
When you kick start the bike, you will get a return kick back. The bike will miss out on firing at low speeds.
You may have to change the crankshaft, coil and magneto ( of Shaolin ) to fix the Shaolin CDI for a smoother ride on your shogun. Performance wise, I don't think you will get a tremendous difference, but your bike might run smother due to higher current and better magneto and bigger coil.

@@g.shanthi3842 The Shogun cdi is the same as all the 100cc 12v bikes of TVS Suzuki. So you can find it easily. There is no specific different CDI for Shogun like the one fir Shaolin.

Bro which CDI is best for everything
Hi, which bike you are using. For TVS Suzuki bikes 12V , all 100 cc bikes and for Shogun the black one is fine. If you use the Shaolin CDI ( grey or white ) in Shogun or any other 12 V 100 cc bikes, you would get a back pressure when you kick start ot and it's timing also will not suit. For that you have to change the crank shaft, magneto etc of Shaolin to get it right. For Shaolin , the grey or white of Shaolin is the best.
The last batches of TVS max 100 came with combined CDI and ignition coil and for those bikes, only the combined one should be used. Don't use the combined one for Shogun and the other 100cc bikes.

Hi, please keep an eye on the FB as well as some WhatsApp groups, you might get it but very rare. The Max ignition coil ( combined with cdi ) you might get it at the TVS showroom as spares. If you are again looking for the CDI alone.. again the groups will help you.. But not that easy to get. You have to keep watching it.

@@akshaysandbhorpatil2008 the Max 100 ignition cum cdi unit is only for that specific model, can't use it for the other separate model ones and definitely not on shogun. The other usual 100 cc ignition coil is meant for 100 cc bike s only. It will work on Shogun and shaolin but in top end it might not supply enough current.
@@manbandw @Benny Paul ok sir actually today i found 2 igniter units from nippon suppler brand new 2016 production. do u hav part number of shaolin cdi or oem suzuki packing of cdi if pls share me suzuki as well as nippon part number will try to source shogun or shaolin cdi through nippon suppler

Shogun cdi is different from max/sam cdi.
No. It is the same as all 12 V 100 cc bikes of TVS and different from the combined CDI and ignition coil of the last version of TVS max 100.
@@manbandw For india nippon brand shogun its 2133 n for max sam its 0005/0003. Also price differs.
