If a builder allots parking in apartdeed can it be revoked by society. ? If the society has fifty percent covered parking and rest 50% mechanised parking then who will pay for the annual maintenance charge ?
As per Rera also only stilt parking constitute part of the flat and the society have no rights.Here the subject matter of parking dicusscussed related to only open slots marked and alloted as parking and must be approved in AGBM meeting
