  • Guangzhou Beijing Road China Walking Tour (2019) is a video recording of my walk with no talking. I highly recommend using headphones to experience 3D environment sounds as I recorded with binaural microphones.
    Filmed using:
    Camera: Osmo Pocket - amzn.to/309uju3
Extension Rod: Osmo Pocket Extension Rod - amzn.to/306xnqK
    Audio Recorder: Zoom H1N - amzn.to/33TU7LO
Camera Charger: Osmo Pocket Charging Case - amzn.to/2EyQfY3
Editing Software: DaVinci Resolve - amzn.to/3j4ASp5
    Guangzhou Beijing Road Info:
Located in the centre of Guangzhou, Beijing Lu Street is a cultural, entertainment and commercial street. It is considered the most prosperous area in the history of Guangzhou. The average daily visitor number here is a staggering 400,000 people on a normal day. During public holidays that number could be 600,000 and beyond.
The full length of Beijing Road runs from Guangwei Road in the north, to Yanjiang Middle Road in the south and the Beijing Road Commercial Pedestrian Street section runs from Zhongshan Road to Wenming Middle Road. There are also shops to the east and west of the main pedestrian section.
The street is famous in Guangzhou, having a long history dating back to the Qing Dynasty. In the 1920’s it was named Wing Hon Road, later to be renamed Han Road after a famous national leader, only to be renamed again in 1949 with the rise of the Chinese Communist Party, and the name remains today. You can actually see that historic beginning, which still lies underneath the road that’s walked on today. In the pedestrian section, there are large glass panels and you can look down into and excavation which reveals the historic road from the times past.

Its a real modern city. I remember how "shocked' I was when I went there 5 years ago. At that time, I been fed too much mainstream media of how backward the country was. Imagine my surprise when I took their high speed rails and saw how they made wechat payments to buy stuff. They are "far ahead" when it comes to certain technology implementations. Looking forward to visiting Guangzhou again

Discovery Walking Tours TV . I agree . China is just amazing in every respect. Catching the trains around Guangzhou is so easy. Caught the high speed rail to Guilin also. It is so unbelievably good.
It is embarrassing how bad public transport in Sydney is by comparison. I acknowledge we don’t have the population or the population density to have transport like inChina but it should be better than what it is.

this is the 2nd video of Guangzhou, i still think that this city has the least attractive women. I have the impression that the people here have like 0 fashion sense, the female are short or petite and has no problem going out with no make up at all, short hair or in pony tail. There are only a few who look decent, and that's including Gong Li on the sign board.
