- This new-for-2024 custom Gravity Group family wooden coaster might be their best yet. No, it doesn't match the airtime Roar-O-Saurus at Story Land in New Hampshire offers. Still, we've never experienced a family woodie that offers ejector airtime in the front and floater airtime in the rear vehicles as this one does.
The coaster also has onboard cameras that film guests during the ride, so everyone can get their own ridercam videos!
Six Flags Great Escape is located near Lake George in Queensbury, New York.

Pretty wild how they were able to reuse the station *and* transfer shed from Alpine Bobsled
At El Toro in Great Adventure I believe the main building was saved from Viper which stood in that spot. It's definitely an interesting choice as the layout in some way must be oriented to allow the entrance and exit to fit within the station.
Best roller coaster ever! Love it so so so much

Boy the gravity group knows how to build em! 👍
As long as they are smaller family coasters. Anything larger than that and they are pretty bad.
@@kumbabgt5067 the voyage is pretty amazing though.
@@tractorgt yet they can't seem to get their Timberliners running on it.
@kumbabgt5067 the ones they built from the ground up are pretty good, and going forward should be even better because I'm sure they'll use the precut track. The problem seems to be with the Timberliners being light. Like riding in a compact car on a road with potholes, they just bounce on every bumb. To be fair, it's the same with MFs, you can't just throw them on a rough track because they just conform to the imperfections caused by the previous train. Any time a new train is added a full retrack should be done....that's why GhostRider's rehab was successful
@timwolfe77 well Mine Blower's roughness has nothing to do with the trains. The transitions are horrendous. Almost as bad as Togo.
I was on the bobcat when CoasterForce was riding
oh im going on this next time definitely
Love to see it! 🎢😀
@@SixFlagsGreatEscapeResort thanks for having us out to ride your awesome new coaster! -Scott
Ok nice ride
Seems like a pretty fun woodie.
This park needed a coaster like this, especially since the mountain coaster they relocated there a couple of years ago looks like a pretty boring ride. I may go back to this park for the first time in 25 years and ride this with my kids.
Is that a camera looking at the riders?
@@zerofox9900 there is! And you can purchase your on-ride video after riding! -Scott
Did you use the GoPro hero 12 on this?
@@Super-Coasters Yessir! -Scott
One more question, should I get the insta 360 or GoPro hero 12 for roller coasters?
@@Super-Coasters Both are good options. It just depends on you and your filming style. -Scott
i win on it taday
Was this sped up? Incredibly short ride.
How many wood coasters are named after cats?
Who can get the best pov. Coaster studios, East coasters or coasterforce
@@ryanpiotrowski2353 CoasterForce always! Coaster Studios learned from us! -Scott
East Coasters is the best channel for POVs hands down.
