- In a shocking turn of events, ex-BSF jawan Tej Bahadur Yadav was disqualified from the contesting elections in Varanasi against Prime Minister Modi. This raises a big question mark on the impartiality of the Election Commission because the reason he was disqualified does not have much credibility in it. On the other hand, our PM Modi keeps getting clean chit after clean chit from the Election Commission even after openly talking about horse - trading and giving communal statements. 1) Tej Bahadur was barred by EC, under section 9 and 33 of 'The representation of people's act'
Section 9: anyone who is barred from central or state govt job within the last 5 years for disloyalty or corruption is barred from running.
Section 33: requires the candidate to issue certificate from EC that she/he has not been dismissed on these charges in the last 5 years.
And his son accidently shot himself while taking a selfie when he found tej Bahadur's pistol which his son found.
These kind of people are the biggest threat to nations democracy by peddling fake news, remember whenever some one endorses other news channels, know that they have some kind of agenda.!

NO EC Bika nahi hai
the main problem is the administration system of EC
AT previous time there was 1 chef election commission but now there are 3 (1 chef election commission and other 2 election commission ) cec can be removed by impeachment but not other 2 election commison there is no rule for them and these 2 ec can cancel any order made by cec because of voting in which they will win 1:2 ration so. cec can not do any thing becuase these 2 election commission are choosen by the RULING PARTY OF INDIA

I don't usually comment in videos, but seeing this moron I had to,
1) Tej Bahadur was barred by EC, under section 9 and 33 of 'The representation of people's act'
Section 9: anyone who is barred from central or state govt job within the last 5 years for disloyalty or corruption is barred from running.
Section 33: requires the candidate to issue certificate from EC that she/he has not been dismissed on these charges in the last 5 years.
And his son accidently shot himself while taking a selfie when he found tej Bahadur's pistol which his son found.
These kind of people are the biggest threat to nations democracy by peddling fake news, remember whenever some one endorses other news channels, know that they have some kind of agenda.!
