- Hi again ♡ this semester has been filled with some fun and interesting labs, so I just wanted to document some of them :) we did lots of food prep and analysis, and we have a lot to learn about the techniques & instrumentation in the lab for food research. Hello ❤️ I would say food scientists are needed everywhere and the demand for food will never decrease! You should definitely look into the major food companies and suppliers in Australia, it would give you an idea of the companies you wish to work at after you finish your studies :)) All the best 🤍

Why did you choose FOOD TECHNOLOGY?
I chose food science as the food industry is an industry that will never fall as we need food at all times! And I really like that it allows some creativity with food innovation & food product development, as well as solving issues such as food waste or creating healthier foods.
