sir kya hume plan approval milega agar hum parking allotment me , lift parking (jaise trillium mall me hai), vaise de toh.
for example 4 flat hai, A,B,C,D. aur 2 lift parking hai
toh lift parking ka uppar ka part A & B owner ko
and neeche ka part C&D owner ko?

usse acha parking height 4.5m karke mechanical parking de sakte h....trillium me B2 me diya h mechanical parking....aur 4 flat ke liye 2 floor ki parking dene ki jarurat nahi h jb apka kaam ek floor me hi ho sakta h
