Moved to Milton 2 years ago. LOVE IT! Everything about it. Parks, trails, peaceful atmosphere, quiet, yet close to everything in Alpharetta for shopping. It’s a fantastic place for a family.

*** Keep in mind regarding septic vs sewer..
Septic is the firewall that prevents high density homes and commercial development!
I hope Milton continues to put a block on sewer lines being installed.
Without sewer, then the largest Piece of land you can develop is one acre for one family.

I agree. My home in Alpharetta is on septic. All of the lots are re at least 1 acre and this prevents high density development. Ultimately it keeps lower end homes from being built.
