It’s a mix of young people living faster lifestyles, young people opening up black owned business, and older black folks with old homes and money with stories to tell. To me it feels a lot like how people describe old Atl. It’s cool to see and it’s real, not a touristy gentrified area…yet smh
I'm from Guatemala and I recently met a guy from Idaho, he is the very first person I meet from that state and OMG such a beautiful state. I am getting married this year and I will leave my country to live with my bf in San Francisco, your videos about the different states in the US make me a bit less nervous about going there hehe

Hey guys I noticed you mentioned that it was cold in October, I am visiting Atlanta from Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean where it's warm and I have never experienced cold weather before, I have always been told that the south is very warm. I'm just curious was this early or late October. My trip is going to be mid October, thanks so much guys
@@bbalumbu Yess.. once it gets warm there are so many free events around the city. Nightlife is great, but most places closed by 2 AM, there are a few after hours spots but if you don’t know the area, I wouldn’t suggest it. The human rights museum is great, which is next to Coca-Cola and the aquarium. I think your best bet, if you like art, there are a ton of murals all over the city to check out. Café intermezzo has good food and definitely check out Ponce city market. 🤗

I live in Atlanta and have lived in Florida. I would would vacation in Florida over Atlanta. There are just way more things to do in Florida and from what I understood from living down here. They never called it hot atlanta because it was hot but because its just the place to be.

The European father and sons who built Central Park in NYC also designed and built Piedmont Park in Atlanta. When Central Park was 3/4's done the father left and came to Atlanta to start on Piedmont Park. The sons finished Central Park and came to Atlanta to help their dad finish Piedmont.

Atlanta has many excellent restaurants. That said, it's a crime ridden city. Have lived here many years and am outta here next year because of that.
