...Always so much fun to watch, but the voice over? HILARIOUS 🤣🤣🤣🤣...you are doing such a tuff and great job with local animals🥰🥰🥰...and the boat is looking so sassy all polished and shiny...gorgeous...lot's of TIA going around too🤣🤣🤣🤣...SV Impavidus..way to go!!!!...subscribed, they need more support!!!!
Thank you.. Ryan & Brittini do so much more than you see in the videos. They make a difference to so many that would not have a chance if they did not step in.
Thank you, yeah she was right, I forgot we were filming, now she really knows what goes on in the boatyard!!! LOL... Thanks, its hard not to do anything but now we really have to get moving soon if we're going to cross the Atlantic this year :(. Thats great to hear, they are awesome, we've had a great time with them over the winter!
I can't believe how many strays there are in Tunisia! Thank goodness for your kind heartedness 🤗💞 Ryan's boat jobs are too funny.... 5 minutes work followed by an afternoon of beer 😂
Ryan and Steve are the Laurel & Hardy of the high seas and the hard!..Brittini I know you have your hands full with the kittens. Thank you for your caring and time, which is endless.
Your channel are so entertaining, and with a huge plus for your big heart for the animals. Nice with the credits to Sv Impevidus YT channel. They deserve far more subscribers for their content. Cheers.
Thanks, yes apparently I'm meant to polish it twice a year and not once every 2years!! lol. Thank you, it's a never ending battle but we're definitely raising awareness in these communities we visit which is a great step fwd!
Thanks Emma! Yes we have definitely saved many little lives during our stay here!!! Brittni has been working around the clock since we arrived and finally getting the rewards now as they are all healthy and finding homes or foster homes :)
Yes she looked awesome, every time she comes up looking a million dollars! If we weren't editing videos all the time I would honestly do it more often!!! haha!
haha, awesome! Thank you, I think it's working, this video is doing a bit better this week, we have been in a bit of a slump this last few months, we thought people were maybe getting bored of us these days haha!
Thanks Ron, yes as our time here is coming to a close and we start our next journey heading out of the med across the Atlantic it's bloody tough leaving, I would be lying if I said we weren't struggling emotionally right now. Fortunately we have a home/foster for every single animal we have/had in our care except 1 at the moment, but we wont leave until she's safe, unfortunately there's so many we cant help and it hurts.
I finally watched this episode from Port de Peche aka Paradise and now I realize i have to binge watch the rest of your channel. Great stuff, keep up the good work! Especially liked the part where the three of us climbs up onboard Ellidah for some beer time and Ryan forgot the camera, haha! Great commmentary Brittni B-)
Just trying to do this job on our 361. I’ve been in contact with Ant as I follow their channel too. Unfortunately he’s washing his hair and can’t pop over to help 😅- I’m having real trouble getting the coupling off the shaft. How long did you heat it for??
Glad it was helpful! we have so much footage, I think I might make a few short videos in more detail on the prop, rudder bearing etc... Otherwise, Ant on SV Impavidus made an awesome detailed video on removing our prop shaft which could be helpful!
It's terrible how some people treat these poor animals. Thank God for people like you that go above and beyond. Did you guys change cameras? The video was super sharp. The boat looks awesome. Great video.
Yeah, its pretty shitty but it seems the younger generation here are changing which is nice to see. Nah, still the same cameras, but we did use our iphone a bit in the video because last time we lifted out, our main camera broke with the dust etc so tried not to use it as much at the yard.
Great show guys if I could win the lotto here in South Africa I would seriously donate to the animal foundation s to help more people like yourselves and would send some for Jackson treats. Your guys amaze me every time I see you on YT or Instagram 👍👍
Thanks Ian! Yes Jacksons Treats really helps contribute to these little critters, we wont stop but hopefully one day we'll start saving to keep growing to do more for them everywhere we go!
Hey kids, currently on holiday myself so only just caught up with your latest vid. Great to see your still grooving along. Just out of interest, what editing software do you use? (Only just dawned on me how much footage you must need to produce these!)
O’right thanks!!! We use iMovie, but it’s time we upgrade, we have started to out grow it now being restricted in a few things but we work around it by saving short videos or using keynote, but just takes longer. We will get Final Cut soon 🥳
I didn’t notice but do you have a neoprene gaitor on the rudder shaft? I am sailing a 47.7 with similar fiberglass sleeve but have a gaitor up over the sleeve. Currently taking on good amounts of water under power.
We got the rudder out, which was when I forgot we were filming and got busted by Brittni sinking beers, but next week after we antifoul we glue the bearing in place and put it back in. I think I will make a separate short video on the prop shaft, cutlass bearing and rudder also in more detail.
Why didn't they pressure wash all that shit off the bottom of the keel before putting your boat on the blocks? I also like the way they create weak spots in the hulls fiberglass! By letting you paint the unfinished jack stand areas only 20 minutes before splash time! When the boat is in the sling! I'm sure the recommended curing, and drying time on the paint can says 24 hours! I have seen them do this in more sailing videos, then not!
When we finish editing our upcoming videos you’ll have to watch them and see. We moved all the blocks and painted it all. The pressure washer was 25hp! Bloody thing blew all our antifoul off 😒😒😒, but it was ok, probably a blessing in disguise, it was good to re Antifoul everything again before our Atlantic crossing.
MY FRIEND THEY WILL SURVIVE SOMEONE WILL COME AND SAVE THEN PLEASE DON'T BE STUPID ENJOY YOUR DOGS ANS BUDDY PLEASE WAKEUP NO NO NO STOP THAT COME ON GUYS WTF
95% of the time no one saves them, that's why we do what we do, we have seen too many die cruel, horrific deaths of starvation, parasites, worms or eaten by other starving dogs...
Really annoying music, that plastic sound sucks. And before women complain about boys having a beer, it would be great if women would not always hide behind the camera. Sailing a boat is team work. And on top every one on board just has to be able to do any job on board. No exceptions. It's a safety issue.
Brittnis incredible, back in Greece she pretty much scraped and sanded 3/4 of the whole boat herself while I replaced all the seacocks... This year all we had to do was replace the cutlass bearing and rudder bearing which is basically a 1 man job so I did it while she edited videos. When it came time to anti-foul we both did it together.

haha! Brittni really laughed at this comment! Yes she definitely has her hands full, I don't think shes slept properly in a few months...

Another chuckle episode, nice.
o'right! Glad you enjoyed it
My word Sunday is looking awesome with a polish. The work you two do for the animals is just astounding.

Ryan has international mechanics just a phone call away. ❤️😎😂
Have tools can travel LOL
hahaha! I wonder how long it will take him to sail over to the Caribbean from Turkey if I need him next year!? lol
I love seeing all the kittens you help! X

Still laughing... What a great video. Obviously we only watched it in 8 second bursts. 😛
lol, I'll have to share your video on our page so others can see your version of events LOL
Love your content, I'd love to hang out with Ryan one day. Britney, keep taking care of the poor animals in need. Love the show.

No I don’t have anything like that? We just have the bottom bearing and the top bearing… our rudder shaft goes up above the waterline though…!?
@@SailingSunday thanks. Everything else looks pretty similar minus the rubber gaitor.
